We live the ease and convenience of Trace Minerals Power Pack Açai Berry. My boyfriend is a competitve kayaker and suffered severe electrolyte loss during a 360 mile race. He was checked by the stand by race medics and given several packets of these to replenish his electrolytes for the duration of the race. We both use them and they work wonderfully.

I have enjoyed every flavor I have tried. I take this as a nearly everyday supplement, it helps me to feel more hydrated.

The taste is ok but the results were great for me. I had trouble with leg and hand cramps after a few days of workouts. When I take the power pak -- no cramps and unless its my imagination hand cramps will go away almost as I am drinking the Pak. It works for me.

I have been using these packets for a couple of years now and can't do without them. A friend suggested that I use them to combat acid reflux, so I did. It has definitely made it better. Also, here in the south, where it is hot and humid, they keep me hydrated. This is so much better than using Gatorade, which is filled with sugar.
