They serve the purpose but 2 of the 20 were broke...snapped in half at the bottom. The party is in a couple of days so I don't have time to return and reorder so I'm scrambling to find additional glasses which is quite an annoying detail to add to my event planning. I don't like writing critical reviews but for this price I expected to have all cups usable and will not order these again.Update: The customer service was amazing. They sent another set overnight in time for me to decorate them with ribbons for my party. GREAT service GREAT product and will be buying again.

I want to be as fair-minded as possible here. First off, cool little product. For being plastic, it looks pretty great, and they serve a perfect use case. They arrived quickly, about 2 days earlier than I expected. Always a plus. On the other hand, the packaging was slapdash at best. Flimsy plastic sheet to cover the cardboard, so the packaging came undone inside the box in transit. As a result, 3 of the flutes were cracked and a majority of them were very scuffed. Ironically, I bought a similar type of glass at the same time and it was placed in the same box and had no issues whatsoever. I might buy again but seriously - make some better packaging.

So, you have to put them together, which is no big deal and they are economical, but like others who provided feedback, their packaging is not very good. Several flutes were broken as they put some thin paperboard around the edge and the rest is plastic wrapped, so no cushion. This is the manufacturer's pkg, not Amazon's box.

These glasses are super cute and great quality, however, they didn't work for what I needed them for. I was using them for my niece and nephew's birthday party to hold cupcakes and candy in the bottom. The opening was too small (cupcakes were from Sam's but equivalent to a regular cupcake liner) but would definitely recommend for the quality.

I used this to make favors for my daughters birthday party. I filled them gummy bears and top them with mini cupcakes, these were the perfect size. Everyone at the party loved them!!

One was already broken; thankfully, I needed a little less than 20. Not fancy, but served the purpose. Okay product for the price. I might buy again for non-pressing yet fun events. The glasses are good to use for party favors or mimosa recipes.

I purchased these cups for the wedding party to used the morning of the wedding. They looked nice, but were disposable and not glass.The came quickly and completely. No glasses were broken and none broke as we used them. Perfect for easy transport and easy cleanup.

I don't know if it was necessary or not but since we were using these for the bride and bridesmaids I didn't want to take any chances that the bottoms would fall off so I hot glued them on. For the price these can't be beat.
