The velcro closure is fantastic because I can get a precise fit unlike leather belts with holes and prongs. Its flexible but it helps tremendously bracing against it. For the price I paid it definitely surpassed my expectations in quality and performance. Would definitely recommend.

This is a quality belt with good support. The belt runs a little big, the large states a fit for 33-37 but him a 33 and it’s a little big. Aside from that the belt is great, it has a second grip bar in the buckle and it’s as tight as can be.
