I would still b happy if it is used as a feedback to the Vendor.Dear Vendor, your product is good and is perfect in terms of ...(i) value for what I have paid,(ii) design,(iii) colurs, and(iv) features as I've expected.But you lose Ur impression on the side of Quality Check! U can't deny if I say that QC was not done at all!The beige colored bag does not have the hanger hole and the the black one has an unstitched top portion!Serious skip by QC! Zipper is aslo damaged for the beige!But I don't repend on the purchase because I am overall happy with the bags.Returning them because the repairs can't be done at my end.Please ensure complete QC before dispatching the replacement piece.Lack of/ignorance in QC is equal to seriously insulting the customer who believed in U!
