If you have an overweight dog or it is too hot outside to walk your dog this is a very good investment but I want to tell you something very important. This treadmill can make your dog very scared so it’s very important that you lavish them with tons of attention a small treat afterwards and only go for 30 seconds the first time and make such a huge deal on how you were so proud of them then every day increase it to like one minute or two minutes but continually giving them praise and lots of attention and a small treat afterwards I do notice that my dog strength is getting better And I do think this is a worthwhile investment as long as you do not make them scared of the treadmill because if they become very scared of the treadmill it’s going to be very difficult To turn that fear around

Final update: The seller sent a new "lower control" (motherboard), which we installed tonight. The treadmill is working again and we have a very happy pittie girl. Appreciate the help received from the seller's customer service department... thank you!Update: Have been in contact with the seller and manufacturer to determine how to fix the issue. They've assured me it will be resolved. When it is I will amend my rating.Bought this treadmill for my dog 2 months ago, she's been using it every day because she's a high energy pittie. It worked fine up until today. This morning, there was an E9 error code. There's nothing in the manual or online about how to clear this code. I've tried disconnecting the panel, unplugging for 10 minutes, etc. Nothing has worked. I've emailed the customer service address and received no response. I called GoPlus customer service number and was on hold for an hour and never got through to a representative. Very poor customer service. I now have a $300 paperweight in my garage.

The media could not be loaded.  With extremely hot temps here in the Arizona summer this is exactly what we needed to keep her moving year around. This was her first time on it so we were going slow; plus she has arthritis in hips, knees & feet 😟 The noise is her dragging her feet, not the machine. The treadmill is very quiet. With a little peanut butter as incentive she does great! This was definitely a great purchase!

My dog finds it delightful. Initially I would have found it an overindulgence for a spoiled dog but when it’s icy and rainy it’s the best.She’ll ask to be put on it and prefers to the outside cold.My trainer has two large treadmills for two dogs at a time. Big plus. Really easy to put together.

Treadmill arrived broken (connecting wires in the motor had come undone). I was able to fix them, but this wasn't a promising start. The incline adjustment doesn't really work, and while it has wheels so that you can move it around, it isn't easy to store (you have to take it apart to store).I have a 25 pound mini aussie, and this is too short for her gait.

I made the mistake of throwing out the box before my dog tried it! My dog is a 50 pound Australian shepherd she defiantly cannot run on this it’s not long enough for her to run. She also barley fits comfortably because it’s not that wide. My 80lbs dog wasn’t able to use this to walk or run
