It’s not that Komplex, just try it
So far I’ve only tried the Orange Citrus...my wife and I both love it. They come in small individual serving size packs...easy to travel with. Taste is great, I personally love the small cayenne kick. The zero sugar was a really nice surprise too. I’m going to check out the other flavors.

Essential Hydration!
I recently used these hydration packets every morning on a golf getaway with lots of late night socializing. These absolutely work and gave me the energy and clarity needed to stay active on minimal rest! I’ll now be integrating these into my everyday schedule. Thank you Bear Komplex/Komplex Nutrition!!

Meh...I wouldn't buy again, not worth it
These drink packets have some key herbs that do have proven benefits but this is mostly just flavoring agents and the good stuff in it isn't in very beneficial forms or potencies. As a result, you're not really getting your money's worth of a supplement...that's not going to actually make a difference in your overall health. And also....these don't taste great. It would be easier just to swallow a capsule in this case.A longer explanation of the above:First off, the nutritional label on this drink mix is incomplete because the company decided to sell this as a supplement rather than a "food" item (meaning they don't have to list calories or macros even though this contains both). This has quite a lot of powder in each packet, including 2 grams of coconut water powder which is basically just sugar. Unfortunately, turning something like coconut water into a powder renders it mostly useless as a health supplement and adding coconut water powder to things is almost solely a marketing gimmick. It becomes only a source of empty carbs and calories. So yes, each packet does have calories and carbs but those aren't declared on the packet. The drink mix also utilizes natural flavors which if you calculate the weight of the whole packet, makes up a large portion of unidentified ingredients. Out of 8.5 grams, less than five grams is coconut water powder, lemon balm, turmeric, vinegar powder, ginger, cayenne, and trace minerals, leaving a whopping 4 grams at LEAST to "natural flavors", silicon dioxide, vitamin C (as citric and malic acid) and refined stevia (which takes up zero weight because a miniscule amount sweetens a large amount of powder). Not much citric and malic acid is in this so around 3 grams of undeclared flavoring agents is honestly scary because there is very little legal regulation of what can be defined as "natural flavors". (If 3 grams doesn't sound like much to you, get a gram scale to visualize it. 3 grams of unknown powder is a lot.)The magnesium in this is not in a form your body recognizes and absorbs easily so that part is also rather useless. The apple cider vinegar powder, like coconut water, is not in a useful form for health. Apple cider vinegar should be taken as a whole food in its liquid, raw form, not as a powder. This has very little turmeric, not enough to cut down on inflammation or help with pain, etc.The only active/herbal element in this stuff that is actually in an appreciable amount is the lemon balm and ginger which you can taste (and which also makes this taste rather unpleasant sadly).Last but not least (and I probably should have discussed this first for those with short attention spans): the flavor. This stuff is salty and sweet, slightly fruity (a generic fruitiness), spicy, medicinal, and better when diluted. It has a distinct kick from the ginger and cayenne and you can taste the ginger. I like ginger but in this drink, mixed with other flavors, the end result is off putting. It's not completely unpalatable once you get used to it but it's the type of drink mix you almost start to dread drinking after one or two packets. The saltiness is the worst part. Also, this stuff doesn't mix well. A hand frother works best but if you don't use a handheld mixing device, you're going to be chewing on lumps.

A great afternoon pick me up!
I love these for an afternoon pick me up! The flavor is great with just a hint of heat from the pepper. I used to take a pricey Tumeric chewable, but I think these will replace those over the long term.

Can't drink it!
It burns my throat! I really don't like the burn it has! I assume it's from the ginger. I have ginger tea here for when I have an upset stomach. I love the ingredients and I think it's probably a great product but I just can't do it! I'm sure for a lot of people though it would be fine.

Hydration never tasted so good
It tastes so good! I forgot that it has cayenne pepper and it definitely has some spice to it- but mixed with the lemon lime it’s a perfect combo!I’ve started drinking one every day to keep me hydrated! Highly recommend.

From a wuss - it is not as terrible as I thought. : )
Do not smell this stuff out of the packet – the super fine powder mist will go right up your nose and hit you with the spiciness. : ) Also do not smell it (unless you love spice) once you mix it with water as again the smell is potent. With that being said – it is not as bad as I thought it was going to be. : ) I have to start off by saying I despise ginger and I despise spicy stuff. I also know that ginger is so good for your health – and a bit of heat is as well – especially to “cleanse” your body. The directions say to add one packet to 8 to 12 ounces of water. I did 8 first but found it a too strong so I increased to 12. It was still a bit potent for me (being a wuss) but I did not want to increase the water further and prolong my drinking of this stuff. Again, better than I thought – but still not enjoyable for me personally. And again, it is good for me so that is why I want to drink it anyway – but for as little a time period as possible. : ) As for the flavor – to me it is heavily overshadowed by the ginger and cayenne – if you love these flavors you will surely love this drink. Maybe there is the slightest limey flavor at the very start of a sip. If that lingered I would truly love it.If you found my review helpful, why not click the “helpful” button. Thanks! Enjoy your day! : )
