Tried this as wanted something natural. Arrived quickly and used according to instructions. Burns a little after applied but eases off quickly. Unfortunately, the redness and tenderness wasn't eased at all and, if anything, got worse. Certainly more redness. Gave up after 10 days of no improvement and resorted to Canestan cream. That did the trick within 2 days of treatment. So maybe it's me but my doctor had diagnosed balanitis so I was hoping this would work. Considering the cost, I was very disappointed

This product has done wonders for my penis.It was red and itchy before but infrequent use of this cream has solved my one inch problem very well.It burns when you first apply it and can be quite uncomfortable but I do enjoy a little pain down there.Worth it for the end result.
