I am inexperienced with grooming, and was able to figure use out pretty well. The documentation was useless. I watched videos of groomers on social media for instructions. Once I got the dog as settled as possible, this clipper did a good job, with very little pulling of fur. The dog doesn't enjoy grooming, but he tolerated this reasonably well. I used the comb and scissors along with the clippers to complete the job. Despite my inexperience, he still is the cutest dog on the planet.
