Visol Piccolo Leather and Gunmetal Wind-Resistant Torch Flame Lighter

Bought the Visol Piccolo Leather and Gunmetal Lighter to give to our friend as a birthday gift. Was so happy receiving it because it looks expensive and sleek with the leather and gun metal finish. Tested it, okay.. took two to three times to light and it worked. So when we already bought the gift wrapper, we tested it again but it would not put out a flame anymore. It will click and spark but will not flame. Then we filled with butane and yes tried until all the butane fuel was gone. It lit up for 2x and died even without releasing it. Totally defective and now we are out of time to get a replacement since it is already our friend's birthday. Totally embarrassing to give as a gift if it will not work when they receive it. Good thing we tested it first. Nice compact, heavy, sturdy and looks elegant. Tiny enough to slide in your pocket. It would have been a great concept and design if it works. But unfortunately, it's a dud.

Tiny torch ligher just right size to fit in my pocket. It is fussy bout lighting first time and needs adjusting frequently. No window to see fuel level.

I purchased this lighter on amazon and when it finally arrived it wouldn’t work. I made sure to purge it of the air, and I filled it with 7x refined butane. The lighter still wouldn’t work. I contacted the company about it and was told they couldn’t do anything for me because I purchased on amazon. So I returned the lighter and purchased from the visol website. The lighter worked for a week and now won’t function at all. For $20 + shipping and handling, I would expect the product to be as described and function. If you’re looking for a reliable lighter though, this isn’t it. I wouldn’t recommend any visol product.

I've had it for 2 weeks now and it works perfect. The only reason why I didn't give it 5 stars is because I wish the flame was a little bigger. Don't get me wrong the flame size on it is perfectly fine, but a bigger flame is just personal preference. Either way, great torch

Small yet good quality , for me it was perfect. Easy to fill and light when caring it in your pocket.

This lighter is great, although smaller than you would think. It is about as big as a disposable, and it lasts probably half as long on a full tank. This would seem like a down side but if you just think to refill it every now and again it probably wont ever die on you. It is easy to refill, just use a can of butane. I use this to light candles at the restaurant where I work. About a hundred candles every day, the flame works at all angles and dies after about 4-5 days.

I like how small and portable it was. And how cool it looked.
