Cooked very well
This pasta cooked up very well. It's difficult to find specialty gluten-free pasta shaped in store. I'm glad I can make some of my soup recipes again!

Wonderful GF orzo replacement
We have been really happy with this GF orzo. We’ve used it in soup many times and it works great. It does puff up a lot, so a little goes a long way.

Excellent product
I made a spinach feta strawberry orzo pasta salad. This GF pasta tasted great! Didn't taste like cardboard and easy to boil

Not worth the cost
I purchased the gluten free orzo to test in advance of having gluten free friends for dinner. I am so glad I did a test. This pasta has a terrible consistency and never achieved the correct tenderness.
