I've had these in my fuzzy boots for a few days now. Just to give you and idea of where I started, I have bone spurs in my heel, sciatica, and recently injured my achilles. The achilles is 99% heel but my sciatica and bone spur were kicking my rear end the week prior. These immediately helped. They take out the impact on your heel when walking. They make my boots so much more comfortable and easy to wear. I haven't tried them with other shoes, I don't think they would work with regular heels or dress flats, but thankfully it's fall and boots are what I will be wearing for a couple of months.

My heels were starting to hurt after runs and these have done the job and helped with that.

I’ve been dealing with heal pain as I’ve added distance to my runs. I got these to add a little extra cushion. They work well in my running shoes & have helped with the pain. WhenI’ve tried them in other shoes they have slipped around a bit though.

These work fine. My only complaints are that the soles of my feet stick to them more than they stick to the shoes. Socks help. And, they don’t stick to my Keen sandals.

First purchase of this kind, having problem with the back of heal, Dr. Recommend heal cups. As a first time buyer of heal cups and no idea of what to expect, these are awesome and easy to wear. Great fit with my sneakers and a great fit with my work boots. Very comfortable.. highly recommend

The edge toward the front should be more smooth to prevent sole blisters. You feel like stepping on a rod all day long. Did the manufacturer ever used this cups for one day to check the quality of there product? Ready for return.

I was excited to get these because of the concave way they are constructed where most are the opposite, but as I began to wear them, they became increasingly frustrating. The part that is supposed to stick to the insole won’t stick after a few hours of wearing and then the top part that is next to your foot/sock sticks to my socks and is making them wear faster!

These gel inserts are extremely comfortable, firm but not hard when walking on them and they don't move in the shoe. I've been suffering from chronic back pain due to my legs being different lengths and these inserts pretty much eliminated my back pain. Glad I found these!
