Stopped working
Bought these a few months ago. Easy to charge and worked on Bluetooth setting for a few weeks and then stopped charging and the Bluetooth pairing button wouldn't work.Contacted customer service and couldn't get a replacement or refund

Broken on arrival
Arrived with one ear piece broken off . Box was not damaged .And sound doesn’t work .

Noise cancellation headsets
Was looking for some headsets for a while and this are big enough to keep my ears warm in cold weather and cancel the noise around me. Music quality is good I have a silent party with them at work and gym.
