Plugged it into may Epever 40A MPPT controller and it was recognised. For the life of me I cannot connect it to my computer to download the stats. Windows 10 throw a 43 error - unknown USB device. Windows 7 does nothing, no error and does not recognise it. I have left it connected to the charge controller and used the USB to connect my computer with no luck. Next I will try to install the CR1220 battery and see if that helps. I downloaded the app and driver from the Epever website. Actual device and included cables is of good quality.
