Hardline Products Sticker-On! Decal Application Fluid - 2 Ounces

This stuff is Niffty! You may say to yourself "yeah right”, just because you talk like the beave (Leave it to Beaver was a TV show from long ago when things were simpler…for the kids out there, think of Family Guy if it was made in the 60’s) does not mean it is good. Well my friend, let me tell you why this product is so nifty and as a special treat, if you are still reading, I will give you some tips I wish I had heading into this.(sorry to the grammar people out there)Why so Niffty?- I used this on a Jet Ski to but the registration number. I wanted it to look great, and it did.- You can put a number of individual decals on and “float” them to get spacing and alignment right- If you touch a normal sticker to the surface, you usually can’t pull it off without some sort of damage- You can worry less about the oils on your finger messing up when you place the sticker- You wife and Kids will gaze in awe at the wonderful job you have done using stickers. (that sounded way better in my head…)Bonus feature – Tips and tricks. (yes some are on the provided instructions)- Take the stickers off of the backing with a torn off part of the backing (what the sticker is stuck to). This prevents you from touching and getting finger oils on the sticker.- Place the sticker upside down on an individual paper (can flip back on the part you peeled off). This way you can work with one sticker at a time.- I put the stickers in a box with a lid because I did not want to the Jet Ski out and put in garage. It helped keep dust off and helps with light winds- I used this product to clean the surface as well as apply the stickers. I historically had used denatured alcohol from hardware store.- Spray where you want to apply the sticker, don’t be cheap here and apply enough- Spray the letter/sticker (one at a time)- Apply with light to no wind still using the backing vs. getting your finger oils on it.- Stand back and look at overall placement. It may look good close up, but most should see it further awayWorks great, you should try it!

Don't mistake my one star rating as any indication about the product's effectiveness. The stuff works, but no better than soap and water. I could buy ten bottles of dish soap for the price of one of these! Considering that you only use a few drops of soap mixed in a small spray bottle of this size, using some quick math, This stuff probably costs around 45 cents to produce (and that's mostly the bottle and spray nozzle!).If you're like me, and you don't intend to take short-cuts in applying your higher priced vinyl decals, then you'll probably make the same MISTAKE. I thought I was buying the "Cadillac" of application fluids, but I think that instead I think I purchased some soapy water. It smells good though! It's a great little spray bottle too, and it makes me feel like a pro decal installer :)Since there's no ingredient, I based my opinion on my experience with other products, how it actually works, and the familiar smell of high end dish soap! I can't say that I know the brand, or if it's really a dish soap product really, but the guy or gal behind Hardline Products would be a favorite of Mr Wonderful on "The Shark Tank" (cost of production versus wholesale/retail).

I’m not sure if I wasn’t using this product right so I really can’t give a like/dislike. What I thought the product was for, it didn’t work... I read reviews as well as reviews so it wasn’t like I just made a purchase and didn’t know what I was purchasing. Again maybe I misread or simply wasn’t using it correctly.

I sometimes like to purchase, collect and apply various decals and entertaining stickers to my tool boxes, storage containers, my locker and other choice display areas I feel could use an attention grabbing, sometimes inappropriate, but always pertinent, on the mark, well thought out sticker. Usually one that just needs to be seen in it's immediately proper capacity. This application fluid works terrifically with helping to keep a meticulously placed, much esteemed or hard to acquire sticker or decal ,permanently adhered to it's application surface, even smooth plastic! However, the mere 2 ounces you get in this tiny spray bottle, for the price charged, is an outrage. It does not cover enough area per dollar square footage, in my opinion. That being said, It is very effective solution and until I find something more consumer friendly, I will continue to buy this product.

This stuff worked great for installing the vinyl graphics on my truck. I tried one vinyl with the spray and then one without to see if it made that big of a difference. Needless to say I did the remaining decals with the spray. It made things so much easier. It gives plenty of time for you to lift the decal or slide it to whatever position you want it in before it begins to stick and cure and then can’t be corrected anymore. Spray, place, squeegee, let dry. It couldn’t be more simple. Take your time squeegeeing and you won’t have any bubbles left either. I’ve never installed vinyl decals before this and it made it very easy for me to do. Now I’m really glad I didn’t pay someone else to do it.

Alignment of the numbers and letters was off.

So I used this to put on some wall arches I got at target. I used this product on our entry wall and just applied the other to the adjacent wall like normal. After a month, I am starting to notice the adjacent walls corners are coming loose & the fan is causing it to come undone even more. The entry wall however, still looks amazing. When people come in they think we painted the entryway wall lol. Safe to say this stuff rocks.

Bought this thinking it'd help me reapply some stickers that I had taken off of a fightstick to a waterbottle but I think its moreso for new decals/stickers for positioning purposes, its not spray adhesive

Product arrived in perfect condition. Have not used to this point, but appears to cover the bases I need.

I could have used water to stick my decal on my truck and gotten the same result.Absolute garbage.And even better you can't return it for a refund.Not impressed.

I received the wrong product and got sticker off. I will be sending back but just a pain that I didnt get the correct stuff I expected and I need to go out of my way to the post office
