Good size and weight for me, seasoned with oil used for stir fry cooked quick handle came separate but included a screwdriver with it which I thought was really good customer care thanks

Was going to buy a non stick frying pan but picked this wok instead. And I'm so glad I did its fantastic great size to use as a frying pan and a fantastic wok. Never had a problem with anything sticking very easy to wash only think I wish I had bought one sooner great bit of kit used everyday

Needed something bigger than a frying pan but didn't want to fork out for a big ol' wok. This little baby is a perfect middle ground.It's big enough to comfortably cook a full chilli (500g mince beef, tin of tomatoes and a tin of kidney beans + spices) without any spills, which makes 4 servings for me.Seems to be very well made. The handle is sturdy and the wok itself has a good weight to it and feels quality. The non-stick has worked wonders so far too.Wouldn't recommend this for large families or dinner party hosts as it is a modest size, but for small families or small batch cooking this thing is great. Well worth the price.

This is no wok which has much taller sides. This is more a skillet or saute pan. This is the worse point. Second is it does not come with a lid but fortunately we have kept 24cm glass lids from expired woks. The good points the handle and the non-stick surface. Out old one of this model (grey handle instead of tan) lasted 2 months than typical non-stick 24cm woks we used in teh past, i.e. about 10-11 months instead of 8-9 months. The handle is coated with rubberised plastic so as not to transfer heat to your hands. It is also sturdly fitted to the pan. You need such a good handle when stir frying and tossing the food about. We appreciate the handle more since we discovered some woks (e.g. 24cm made by Judge) the handle of which was useless, kept coming loose. (We use one or both woks most nights).We found that most brands have their woks at 28cm which are too large to allow other saucepans (or indeed two woks) to fit onto our 4 ring hob. Finding a good 24cm wok is near impossible and wouldn't want to risk £100 expensive ones when non-stick surfaces may not last a year.

I brought this as I moved into a new flat with an induction hob as opposed to gas, and most of my pots were not induction usable. I brought this under the assumption that it would work with induction hobs - but unfortunately it doesn't. The metallic plate at the bottom of the wok that is magnetic has holes in it, perhaps by design? But unfortunately this means that there probably isn't enough magnetic metal making contact with the electromagnet, and my hob didn't heat the wok up. It made the usual continual clicking sound whilst beeping - a sign that the pot I'm trying to use isn't induction ready.Beware if you're buying this for your Samsung induction hob - it likely won't work.

Blatant false advertising, doesn't work with induction at all since it has an aluminium base!

I wondered why a well rated Wok was so low a price & so I ordered & now I know why.It is shallow so when tossing your stir frys around the ingredients come out.The handle - when this arrives it is in a box & you have to screw the handle on yourself, yes it comes with the screw & even a screwdriver but what is the point when it constantly comes loose?????????We use ours almost daily, this hasn't been a joy to use, food sticks & burns easily, the handle comes loose every day or so even though when you tighten it you have no more looseness it will become loose. It is too shallow and food flys over the top.Being returned for a proper Wok that comes ready to use & doesn't have food stick to it or come out of the pan when cooking.

Found it tricky to find a good, sensibly priced wok for an Induction hob but this ticked the boxes and performs very well. Although slightly smaller than you would expect I find the size more than decent enough for meals for 1 or 2 people.
