Great way to make a kettlebell, not as good as the real thing a can be a little clumsy as quite a bit wider. But as far as value goes it can't be beaten, cheap way to add kettlebells assuming you have spare dumbbells already.

This is absolutely great. It's exactly the same as the more expensive one. The only difference is you have to wate longer for it to arrive. Half the price and fits my 22.5kg HEX dumbbell perfect. It also fits my 32kg HEX dumbbell. Yes you can't do all what you can do with a dumbbell but there is still plenty you can do. Love it

Die Idee ist wunderbar, aufgrund dessen, dass kein Gewicht im Griff und insgesamt die Verteilung der last so anders ist, sind die Griffe für kaum eine Übung, ausser den klassischen Kettlebellswings zu empfehlen. Cleans und jerks sind damit beispielsweise die Pest.Leider kommt man um die normale Kettlebell nicht herum, wenn man denn entsprechend trainieren möchte auch wenn die Idee eine großartige ist.Ggf in der nächsten Version vielleicht die Griffe selbst mit 2-3kilo Gewicht bestücken.
