Okay for occasional use, not durable enough for anything more
These are okay for occasional use, but not for anything more. I'm an online retailer, and I was using these for:1 - to hold sheets of stamps in use2 - to hold sheets of stamps not yet in use3 - to hold post office receipts4 - to hold bank correspondence5 - not usedThe bag to hold the sheets of stamps in use has already stopped sealing, as the metal "zipper" cuts away the plastic until the bag no longer closes. These were delivered nineteen days ago, and that bag is opened/closed maybe three to five times a day, six days a week. They're nice bags otherwise, and would be fine for anything you want to put away and not use often. They just don't have the durability for anything else.Note that the "label" is actually printed on to the bag, as is the little white strip above it which can be written on with a biro. The size (225 x 190 mm) is the internal size, which is bigger than A5 (210 x 148 mm).

Good strong bags with excellent zipper strips
These are probably the best 'Ziploc' type bags around (including the original ones), mainly because the zips are tougher than others. The actual bags are reasonably strong too.I use these bags for keeping necklaces in (inside a drawer), so I can see what I want at a glance but the necklaces don't get tangled or spoilt by rubbing against each other. I use them for keeping cutting dies together (the dies attached to a magnetic scrim and put inside the Zippa Bags, then placed into a ring binder - the Zippa Bags are strong enough to have holes punched in them). I also use them for keeping batteries and small bulbs in, labelled so that I can immediately which are the ones I want ('Handbag Torch Batteries', 'Rose Lamp Bulbs', etc.). A friend keeps her hold up stockings in them so that pairs are kept together. They've got myriad uses. The only things I have against these bags is that there is a largeish white - and opaque - logo and barcode oblong on them. This is unsightly and can interfere with seeing exactly what's in the bags; it's an annoyance. It's also silly that you can only buy two of the colours as separate packs, and not all the colours - colour coding is an essential part of good organisation. It's for these two reasons that I've given a four-star rating and not a five. You can pay less for this type of bag, but I think it's a false saving because the cheaper ones don't last as long. These are worth the money.

how did i ever manage without these zip wallets ?? 10/10
these strong and durable zip lock plastic wallets are probably the single most useful little gadget i have bought in many years. unlike all the others that do not last and eventually have broken zippers, these ones are reinforced on the zip and the zip is made of metal !!the plastic is thick and strong as well.hard to fault them and they hold quite some volume.very good price from amazon.they are a good size and can store anything you can fit inside.i dont know how i coped before i found these zip wallets.i am not paid for this review. i dont get anything for leaving this but the product is just plain good and well made so when i accidently end up actually NOT buying total crap then i really do want to sing its virtues as its a rare experience for me.

Very pleased with the purchase
Very pleased with the purchase of these zip storage bags. The zips are sturdy and strong they open and close smoothly. The thick plastic is see through so you can easily see what's stored inside. My only grip is the white area you can see on them is printed on. I wrongly thought it was going to be a sticky label I could peel off. So please be aware of this. They have so many uses around the home and office. The list would be endless. Every home should have some they are brilliant!

Alright, but have had quite a few zipper failures
These are fine for the money. You can put stuff in them and zip them up.And I think if you don't overload them, you'll be fine. But I'm one of those terrible people who takes one of these bags and shoves a whole bunch of bank statements, or postcards, or whatnot inside, and that's when I'm not using them to store my toiletries while traveling. They'll work for a while, but inevitably, they will fail.
