I bought this for use at the gym as a lease had my phone but fed up with keys. Well was ok for first 2 days but was a little stressful getting the phone app up everytime and then trying to connect which failed on a good few times but it saved me from carrying a key. Well on the 3ed day I went back to my locker and everything was gone my bag (lucky I left my laptop at home that day) my purse my data keys (had my uni work on them) just everything and all was left was a padlock that was pulled apart I looked at it and with my own hands I could pull the padlock open needed a bit of force but not a great amount. I got hold of Amazon and told them it broke and they said to send it back and they will refund. Well, it doesn't replace my £120 + osprey bag or my in work or my money or everything ells but at least I will have a bit towards replacing it. So off I went to send it back (recorded post of course) hoping to get a refund. In the mean time, my 16-year-old autistic son wanted to help and he cleaned my desk and thought the pile of rubbish!!! in a pot with a lid on it needed to join the bin along with some more of my uni work. I did not know about this for about 2 days when I went to get the pile of rubbish in the lidded pot that is not rubbish as it my important postage receipts and other receipts only to find out they was all chucked away by my well-meaning autistic 16 year old son. And what a surprise amazon never received the pad lock back :(. This padlock is BAD LUCK DO NOT BUY. I am now out of pocket buy a lot of money and I do not have a grate amount of cash :( I'm gutted

The reviews for this were mixed but for £20 it was worth a try, as a whole it works ok, the battery lasts ages, the fob that comes with it works ok and can be handy if you've not got your phone but an obvious glare is the build quality, even when locked you can pull the lock down enough to force zip hadles through and just a small pair of pliers could bend the shackle, the ATS lock is a joke, it can be easily picked with a simple sliver of metal, i have even bought a ATS key off eBay so i wouldn't recommend this for unattended bags when a Thief has time, i just use mine on my work bag to stop sneak thieves or nosey people.

Bought this to use when I got swimming, it says it’s compatible with the Apple Watch so I thought great, I can lock everything away then just unlock using my watch when I come out the pool. But stupidly you have to open the app on the iPhone first, then the app on the watch to unlock it, which by that point you may as well have just used your phone. Plus it’s not good if your phone is locked in the locker!

Took a while to set up and list connection to my Android phone when moved away by only a few inches. Returned for refund.

The lock worked brilliantly until I updated to android 7. Now the app tells me it may not work with my app, when I click OK the app closes down. I am now stuck with a useless lock that I cannot remove from my bag.

Very poor product unsuitable for long term use.

Great been traveling and now I only need the NFC dongle or phone to unlock my bag
