Could have been perfect
This could have been the perfect cart. Except assembly was problematic. Rubber mallet is supplied, and user is advised to oil plastic before trying to fit into aluminum shafts. Alas, 4 out of 8 just do not fit. Plastic is shaved off as you try to hammer it down into the aluminum shafts. Finally had to leave it. First photo shows the misfit and photo 2 the fit. The cart otherwise is sturdy.

Easy to assemble and easy to maneuver with it's large casters

Smooth ride
We purchased this item for an activity department at an elderly living community. We use it for distributing arts & crafts, snacks, delivering mail to residents, etc. Having three shelves is practical and how it moves is awesome -- we're not fighting the wheels to go straight down a hallway. We love this cart so much, we purchased a second one!

Very Happy Purchase!
The assemble is a bit of trouble as other reviews mentioned. However, the use of it is awesome! The maneuverability and sturdiness are great! We have used it over half a year now. LOVE IT!
