So easy and effective—laundry has never been this simple
These Tide PODS are a total game changer for me. I used to use liquid detergent, but I always over-poured or made a mess. With these pods, it’s just one-and-done. Toss it in and walk away. Super convenient and no mess at all.I’ve gone through over half the container now, and I’ve had consistently great results. Clothes come out clean, fresh, and the Original Scent smells amazing—not too strong, but definitely noticeable. Even my workout gear and kitchen towels come out spotless. They’ve worked perfectly in my high-efficiency washer, and I haven’t had any issues with them dissolving—whether I’m using cold or warm water. I know some people have said pods don’t always dissolve all the way, but that hasn’t been my experience with these at all. They’re a little more expensive than liquid detergent per load, but honestly, the convenience and performance are worth every penny to me. I’ll definitely be keeping these stocked in my laundry room.Pros:• Super easy to use—no mess, no measuring• Great cleaning power• Smells fresh and clean• Works well in HE machines and cold waterCons:• Slightly pricier per load• Scent might be strong for those sensitive to fragranceHighly recommend.

Long Lasting. Deep Clean
Tide PODS make doing laundry super easy—just toss one in and you’re good to go. They clean clothes really well, even in cold water, and leave a fresh, classic scent that lasts. No spills or measuring makes them way more convenient than liquid detergent. The 81-count pack lasts a long time and is great value for the quality.

Everybody needs Tide
I used to think that Tide was a household staple for everyone but when I realized that it isn’t I felt compelled to provide a review. Tide has never disappointed with its fresh clean smell, its effective cleaning action, and its gentle reaction to our clothes’ fabric. Although I love fabric softener and we use it on all of our clothes, I can say that it is not required. Based on recommendations, we do not use softener on our towels and wash cloths and they are still refreshing and somewhat soft. Another important thing about the purchase for me is the unbelievable convenience of PODS. There are no spills from overfilling the measuring cup and I never have to guess about whether or not there’s enough detergent for a full load. Tide works great on stains and smells and is reasonably priced.

Cleansing clothes great.
Purchased to wash my hubby's clothes. I like the pods because they are not heavy like liquid and don't clump together like dry. I do need to find some way to use the containers. I don't like adding to the landfill.

Very Convenient
These are essentially great but if you want to do a small load there is too much. The aroma is very strong. So basically I always use cold water and extra large load (so there is more water). That reduces the aroma and makes the soap quantity appropriate.

Tide: a conversion story
I was raised in a larger family on a budget and my mom always bought the cheapest detergent. I don't remember any problems with the cheap stuff - our clothes were always clean and free of stains. When I was first on my own I refused to buy the more expensive laundry detergents out of principle. Why waste money on stuff that gets rinsed away when the cheaper stuff does the same thing? I would occasionally splurge on Gain fabric softener, though!So... I moved into a place without washer hookups and had to haul my stuff to a laundromat. And I dutifully hauled my jug of Sun/Xtra/store brand in the basket. And on one rainy night after a crummy day, I was at the laundromat trying to fit two weeks of clothes, towels and bedding into as many machines as possible at once to save time when I RAN OUT OF SUN DETERGENT. (Omg! Silly, I know!) So what do I do? Do I go to the vending machine and spend half of my remaining quarters on a tiny box of detergent? Do I run across the street in the rain to the convenience store? Do I come back another day? But then the heavens shined a light down in the form of a nice couple who saw me trying to get every drop out of my now empty jug. They generously offered me a couple of their original Tide Pods! I was so grateful, but then they had to explain what to do with them - drop the pod in the drum of an EMPTY washer, add clothes, then water - the same order I was taught to wash using regular liquid or powder detergent as a kid. So I proceed with the rest of my laundry, get home, re-make my bed, put the clothes away, and exhaustedly collapse in bed.I wake up the next morning to something I've never smelled before - something wonderful, very light and clean. My bedding was washed in a load with the Tide Pods! I sat up and *really* felt my sheets. They felt so different and even looked cleaner. I was amazed that laundry detergent could do that. The most amazing thing is that the scent lasted for like a week. I immediately decided I would buy a small bag of original Tide Pods that day. It was tough paying for a small bag knowing I can get a huge amount of the cheap brands for the same price. But now I shop sales and never buy without a coupon. I love that Amazon offers manufacturers coupons on these kinds of purchases, too.Im still using Tide Pods now that I'm back in a house with a washing machine and I couldn't be happier. I have one of the older, non-HE machines and I've never had issues with the pod not dissolving or staining clothes. But I definitely think it is important to always add the Pods to the empty drum first, then add clothes, then water. This way the pod gets extra time to dissolve while the water is pouring and it won't dissolve on top of the clothes.Yay, Tide!
