I ordered this in the fall for my husband for Christmas. International shipping did take about a month, but the product I received was great. We are making it into a project to mount it on the wall with a lighted background.

Looks great on the wall and from afar but up close, I included a photo to show it’s not accurate. The item shipped from Russia and was delivered within the timeframe outlined at the time of order (about 2 wks - prime member). Just as other reviews mentioned, there is time investment but I really enjoyed it. I specifically went with this brand instead of Enjoy the Wood or other vendors on Amazon bc the price was less, there weren’t as many customization options bc everything was ‘included’ in full package and I felt it would fit my needs. When I received package, the flag pins weren’t in the box. When I msgd customer service, they had since changed their customization options to mimic the other brands mentioned above and offered to sell the flag pins to me for an additional $39. I declined. As I said, now it seems their customization selections capture that but at the time of my purchase it didn’t. Hindsight, I think I should’ve went with another option on Amazon for the accuracy and true up front details on what’s all included and what’s not.

The install was much easier than I was expecting I took my time with it and did some measuring just to be close to accurate. It's my favorite piece of wall art in my home.

Overall I love this piece! It’s dimensional and has beautiful colors. However- be prepared to spend quite a while putting it together on the wall. Like 2-3 hours. I got the XL size and there are many many seal pieces. The double sided tape that comes with it has backing that doesn’t peel off easily. I had to use tweezers on each piece of tape to pull the backing off. Consider investing in different tape.

Hermosa la idea y forma pero la instalación no es tan facil ni rápida como dice el vendedor. No trae un adecuado mapa de referencia para la instalación (yo tuve que guiarme con las fotos de amazon porque sin eso hay partes que cuesta saber donde ubicar). Además cada pieza tiene que desprenderse de unas plantillas pero como el material es madera laminada, no se desprenden con facilidad y algunas figuras pueden astillarse. Para fijarlo a la pared, trae un rollo de tape doble contacto que hay que ir cortando y pegando a cada pieza...por el precio hubiese sido ideal que cada parte del mapa trajera algún tape ya pegado directamente).

Poor customer support for defective pieces

5 stars...the double sided tape was not enough and a bit of a pain to remove, but the results are still outstanding.
