Aerofit Patented Athletic Groin Cup for Stand-Up Sports as Kick Boxing, Karate, Hockey, Baseball

First what I didn't like was the straps need to be installed. The bungie is easy just loop and tie but the waist band needs to be sewn on. Now the upside is the fit is incredible because of this. The only other jock I've used was the classic white with the red white and blue stripe. With those they were always uncomfortable, the holes would chaff me, they were really hard to pull out if you needed to p, and I would have a goose egg slip out from time to time when using. This jock is way cooler, more comfortable, very spacious, comfortable fit, and easy to use the restroom without having to be removed. I would definitely recommend. I can run, kick, and get hit in the jimmy and I never lose that sense of comfort and safety definet 10 out of 10

I can't believe i didn't use it sooner.This is very very very very good protection: stays on, you don't know you have it.

Haven’t worn a cup in years, didn’t want to use a jock strap or wear one in my underwear. This works nicely on the outside of boxer briefs and feels more hygienic because I can was the cup off and wash underwear as normal with the bonus of their sweat-wicking properties. Supportive and comfortable. Using for hema fencing.

Okay I guess I can officially write an honest review now. I wanted to wait until I used the cup at least a few weeks before I started writing anything on it. That way it would be so easily discounted as well you've only used it a day.Just to let you know what I use it for, its Krav Maga which equals a lot of hits to the groin, even accidentally. I have a Shock Doctor and an Under Armour cup as well. I love the Lo-Bloo. Mainly I love the way it fits without the need for a specific underwear or compression pants. It can adjust to fit you perfectly and even with intense training,violent, sudden or quick movements, the cup is stationary. I haven't tired a metal cup but I'm probably never going to now that I've purchased this one. The couple of things that I've noticed that would be considered negative are:1. The strap that goes around your back can begin to hurt at times. I never notice this until after training. I can't say what triggers it either. It usually happens if I don't change right away and my cup is on for an extended period of time after training.2. The plastic around the edge of the cup can rub you raw, until you start to work up a sweat from training.3. I wouldn't say this is necessarily a negative but it is tough to adjust and get that perfect feel with the cup. It is by all means possible but you may have to work through some discomfort in the beginning before you figure out the right fit for you. I would suggest when you get the cup try it on early and go through some of your movements, then make some adjustments to make it right for you.

The curl at the bottom is great and makes you feel more secure, but the removable liner slips off. Good strong plastic, other then the liner it is good.

Took a chance on this cup because traditional baseball cups sit low, go between my legs, and end up making my upper inner thighs tender for days afterwards. This Lo-Bloo cup was really expensive for what you actually get (seems like about $6.00 in raw materials, if that), but I believe the fit and positioning of the cup make it worth the investment. The system that secures the cup to your body - an elastic waist band and an elastic string - held the cup in place very securely and the cup itself sat higher on my groin and did not go between my legs at all, leaving me with zero discomfort in the days following the game. I’m one of the faster guys on my team and run a lot (stealing bases and playing the outfield). It didn’t hinder my movement in any way and stayed right where I originally positioned it for the game’s duration. I saw another review that expressed concern for the lack of protection in the perineum area. As it sits high, that criticism is valid so this might not be complete protection for catchers. Be sure to follow the fitting video directions to the letter and to wear sliding shorts or another athletic underwear barrier between the cup and your skin. Happy with the purchase, even if I did part with more money than I wanted to.

Bought this for my 6 year old (soon to be 7) for Muay Thai. Fit appeared good, but he said it was a little uncomfortable on the sides. I don’t think this is a design flaw. He’s just really skinny and on the young side for this cup. I think he’ll grow into it. Very protective as he has taken a few stray “teeps” to the pills and said he felt okay. Little to no shifting during sparring according to him as well. Will probably get another one for his brother when he’s older. Also, I own the adult version and I prefer it to Jaco or Thai style steel cup in fit, comfort, and ease of use.

Love, and hate this. It fits well, and works well, and protects well. What sucks on this is the lower inside portion of the leg strap/string that goes through the bottom portion. This is a string that loops through a hole, right next to the jewel case.... so it pinches my jewel case... to the point of causing bleeding and torn skin. Yeah, ouch. Maybe my jewel case is extra large, but I doubt my fantasies are real. I've tried this and the MMA version from Lo Bloo and both have the same results, I had to put in a portion of a cloth on the inside to prevent this. I'm switching to another brand that doesn't have a string/hole combo on the inside next to the jewel case.
