Q: What's the very strong smell?

It could be from the packaging . There wasn't no smell on the clothes i purchased for my gg nephew. It is always good to wash anything that you buy. Baby skin are sensitive

I don't believe so. The pictures show exactly how they are made. I ordered them as a gift and had them set directly to my nephew and wife.

Depends on weight. They fit appropriately

I bought the 0-3 and they did not have cuffs.
