Q: The solar panel on the 1080 home has not worked sense we bought it. The camera works is there any way we can get an exchange?

I’m only a customer, not the company itself, so this is only my opinion and my own personal experience. If you bring the camera inside, and electrically charge it for approximately 8 hours with the included charging cable, then put it back where it was stationed, the solar panel should work. If this doesn’t work, email the company, or call them and tell them your problem. Hope this helps! 😁

Q: Does this work with blue iris?

You have to use the proprietary software. No ONSVIF to add to a DVR

Q: Is this camera compatible with hiseeu system?

Im not sure but I know I would not share the same frequency with another camera outfit especially if it's not their brand
