Great pork injection
This is a great injection for pork that will enhance the flavor, hep with tenderness and keep the meat moist. BBQ Butcher products are some of the best products for BBQ. I use several of these products with great results

Great Product
I've always used a homemade injection for the Boston Butts I smoke. The results have always been satisfactory. But, I thought I would try something different and give the Butcher BBQ Injection a try. And, I'm glad I did.While my homemade injection has always left me with moist, tender Q, the Butcher BBQ injection completely changed my mind on using the homemade.I injected the Butt on Friday morning, put a rub on it and wrapped it in foil. I then put in the fridge overnight. Saturday morning I put it on the smoker.After removing the Butt from the smoker upon reaching an internal temp of 197 degrees, I wrapped it in foil, then wrapped a towel around it. Then I put the Butt in a cooler to rest overnight.Sunday morning, I started pulling the pork. I can say, beyond a doubt, it was the most moist and tender Butt I had ever smoked.Virtually all the fat inside the Butt had been rendered.When I tasted some, it literally melted in my mouth, not chewy or tough, as certain areas of the Butt can be. The flavor was out of this world.I will never use my homemade injection again, instead, exclusively using the Butcher BBQ Injection.

Great Stuff
I love this stuff. Pork butts and even ribs...No heavy flavors just good pork goodness. I have added pineapple juice and a little brown sugar with water and make pork butt injection, just a little sweetness and real moist. Love the stuff.

Fabulous Flavor, great results, hit of the party
OMG!! First pork roast I've smoked. It took a long time but was worth every minute. Flavor was fabulous, used apple cider instead of water. Everyone is looking forward to next picnic! THANK YOU!

So good!
This was my first time using the product. I was smoking a 6lb pork shoulder and I will be using this product on all future cooks...completely sold after 1st use. Resulting pork was full of flavor and incredibly juicy. Great product!
