Comfortable and good quality

Exactly what I wanted in a meditation pillow. It's very firm, but the buckwheat shell filling provides plenty of comfort for long meditation sessions. With this pillow, I'm able to meditate for an hour without major discomfort. I recommend it to anyone who is unable to sit cross-legged on the ground or anyone that just wants a more comfortable seat while meditating.It would work as kind of a bean bag chair as well, all though it is much smaller than the typical bean bag chair. The outer lining is very sturdy, and the pleats give it a nice aesthetic. I love the color and it fits perfectly in my room. Since the color is unique, it gives me a sense that it is special. The carrying strap comes in handy for the meditator on the go. The price I paid was well worth the benefits that I have received from using this meditation pillow.

Perfect floor seats and good quality. Beautiful color. There’s no inner bag for the shells so you need a big tote to empty them in when you’re washing the cover, just a heads up. No bugs btw - clean.

I purchased this to have something to sit on the floor on when I put my baby in his playmat/jungle gym floor mat. I have hardwood floors in my house and to be on my sits bones for a half hour + was becoming painful. I also wanted something high quality that could be re-purposed after my child got older and I did not need to be on the floor as much . I decided to purchase this particular item because I read that many could sit in it for an hour+ and not have pain, so I figured for 30-40 min spurts with my child it should do the trick. It definitely has not only made my back/sits bone pain go away but it has made it much easier to get up off the floor as well. The product is very well made, it has been kicked about and moved to several different rooms, I have even vacuumed it and it holding up great. I use it as a foot rest for my recliner also and it is very comfortable. I know this is a non traditional way to use this but it works for us and I am happy with my purchase.

So this is my first zafu, so I don’t really have anything to compare it to other than normal cushions. Let me start by saying it is very sturdy. I’ve had it for probably a month now, and there are no tears or bugs. Seems, (and the seams) to be well made.Everything everyone else said is about true. I started by meditating with it out of the box. This was a bit too firm. I removed about a cup of stuffing. Went about a week with this level of stuffing. Still too firm. Removed about another cup.It’s still firm, but there’s a lot more movement and a little easier to reposition. It is still not very comfortable. I guess I could remove more and it might be better, but I think it’s the nature of the buckwheat filling. It ain’t no memory foam, to put it that way. But, that doesn’t really bother me because meditation isn’t necessarily about comfort.I will say, after about 20 min, my butt bones get a little numb and sore. This might be tmi, but it’s also hard to fart... if that’s a concern XPI do enjoy this zafu. It looks nice and it’s just nice to have a designated cushion for meditation. It does lift me up off the ground to get my feet and knees where they need to be for proper posture. It is relatively light and easy to move.I don’t think removing stuffing is too hard. Just use a 1/4 cup measuring cup and remove a bit at a time.Not bad. I would probably buy from them again just because of their values and the fact they employ refugees. I might just go with a different stuffing type for my own personal needs.

I love this thing. The buckwheat fill contours perfectly to your bottom(lol). Love the green earthy color, feels sturdy, has a nice little carry handle. I was on the fence about buying this for a long time, had it in my save for later for months, but I’m so happy I pulled the trigger! Sitting cross cross can hurt my knees but with a little elevation, it’s much more comfortable.

Very comfortable. Since my mom began suffering mobility issues, I became determined to sit on the floor more than in chairs and on couches. A lot of people--as they age--simply lose the ability to get onto the floor and get themselves off of the floor. I understand a lot of this is attributed to the availability of comfortable seating all the time, so my sister and I decided we'd sit on the floor as much of the time as we can when playing video games or watching tv, etc. She wanted beanbag chairs, I said no way!! The wool carpet is itchy and uncomfortable to sit on directly.....But this pillow is wonderful. the filling keeps it cool and breathing so your butt doesn't get sticky, hot or itchy! The filling also is a bit moveable so that your legs and butt don't fall asleep! It might bea little too tall for my liking, but overall i could not be happier. I also got the crescent shaped pillow as well with rocks!

Good. Solid. Adjustable with being able to remove the filler. Company seems a good cause.

Love it, so perfect for helping me achieve alignment for meditating.
