So far I like this product and will see how good it works for me.

I have used various products but this is better than any other catechins supplements for me

I didn't feel anything different, but most of the vits and mins have the same effect. Just for piece of mind.

I trust Dr Mercola for my children’s vitamins, and now I’m very pleased with catechins. It’s the Green Tea extract that everybody talks about, that helps your metabolism and burns fat. Catechins formula is very special. It has the right amount of several antioxidants and polyphenols. It has no caffeine. We started our weight loss journey a couple of months ago and we were stuck, no matter the amount of aerobic exercises we did. After we started catechins, we are back on track. This is no miracle pill. You have to do your job and the pill will do its job. We stay within our calories allowance and lose about 500 and 700 calories with exercises. I highly recommend Catechins!

Had acid reflux problem; been off of it a week now and feeling better.

I love this product the pills are small and very easy to swallow.
