A Taste of Thai Peanut Sauce Mix Packets - 3.5 oz - 12 pk

I really love this stuff, and same for all I share the meals made with it! My local stores often out of stock (but always have lots of cocoanut milk) and this is possibly the first non 'gift food item' I have purchased from the site, and I bought the 12 pack of pouches. I have used it on beef, chicken, lamb, vegetables, and always it really makes the meal, never have to ask the kids to the table twice!. It saves a lot of time compared to making from scratch, and can be modified with say fresh ginger or fresh peanut butter or whatever, but try it as is first?, I hope you enjoy it as much as we do.

I’ve been using this delicious packet mix for about the last 20 years; I have yet to find anything like it elsewhere. It used to be everywhere in grocery “foreign foods” aisles, but has become increasingly harder to find in them. I know other people swear by other uses for it and it seems versatile for those uses- mine has been SOLELY to make delicious peanut chicken with the help of a can of coconut milk (any brand, but Taste of Thai’s milk is always consistent and good). It’s quick and easy to make in the oven with little clean-up, and over jasmine or basmati rice it’s the dinner that always seems much more exotic and hard to do than this mix makes it! Glad it’s easily available on Amazon.NOT glad Amazon is screwing with its app and making everything harder to do, having said that, because I almost left this review for a shirt that I didn’t even buy. You can do better than this, Amazon. You have competitors making their interfaces EASIER!

Yeah I agree, I've been using this for years and when the local stores quit carrying it (for whatever reason they do stuff like that), I was glad to see it here, and loaded up. By the time you cook your rice this will be more than ready, and it's a great sauce base to start from if you want to use half at a time. Somehow they lucked out and managed to get the flavors just right, and they haven't mucked it up since.

They stopped selling this in my grocery store and was so sad! The product I received was well packaged and is just as good as what I buy in the store. I love keeping this in the pantry as an easy go-to meal that everyone loves.

This is a great pantry item to keep on hand. The box comes with two peanut sauce packets and I use both with one can of coconut milk. All you do is brown one pound of cubed chicken, then add the two sauce packets and one can of coconut milk. Stir and simmer for 10 minutes. I like to add a can of drained water chestnuts and a can of drained baby corn for the vegetables. Then I prepare some steamed Basmati rice and dinner is done! It takes just 20 minutes to prepare this dinner and the family loves it! Could not find it in the grocery stores anymore but Amazon had it and is available for Prime delivery. Had it in two days. Great product to have on hand.

I have prepared several Taste of Thai Peanut Sauce Mix recipes.... DELIGHTFUL!!!! Much to my dismay, my local supermarket no longer stocks this product. Was at a loss until I found that I could order on Amazon. I pray it remains in stock.

I used to live in a Thai Buddhist temple and this reminds me of "home". My local grocer stopped carrying this so i have been ordering by the case for over a year now with no plans to stop. I use this sauce in my soups, over rice, and with noodles or stirfry.
