Crescent Lufkin 3/4" x 100' Pro Series Fiberglass Tape Measure - PSFE100

I have been using this product for years and usually it will last more than a year or two before it begins deteriorating. The handle on this one is already peeling within a month.

This is great for home appraisers. The clips are easy to work with and everything you need is right there on the tape. There is one draw back and that is after using for about a month the beginning of the tape starts to come apart. But a little duct tape and is ready to go. It works great on stucco or dryvit, vinyl, brick and wood. It has a rubber tip that doesn't damage the surface and its long enough it doesn't fall off. Would recommend this.

Have bought several of these on amazon as price is better and shipping is quick. I like this as it has a wider tape than most, I have had to replace them 8-10 months as daily use the tape near the end wears I have the replacement ends but have never needed to change them as they hold up well

I loved the tape. But after a couple of months, it is falling apart. I only measure houses. Other than the durability, it is good. But I am disappointed in how it is falling apart. The handle was poorly designed, and the hooks are weak. The "storage" compartment in the handle wroked ONE TIME. Then would not stay closed. So I lost the attachments.

This is not the tape displayed. It's a much heavier version. Seems to be the version that's a little more expensive but I wanted the lighter weight version. I reordered the same on twice more to make sure it wasn't pulled out of a different bin by mistake. NOPE! Same tapes! Don't order this one if you don't want the side "wings", which make it heavier.

This tape is easy to read and anchor. Plus it has a place to store the anchor on the reel, and hooks to use if you don't have another person to hold an end. Lightweight but big enough so I can't lose it in a drawer...a terrific long tape.

My favorite tape to date. The stake is fantastic and the rubber hook is just great.

if your an appraiser or someone who uses a tape on a daily basis, buy this one. ive tried everything on the market over the past 15 years and the Lufkin is the very best.
