Lenny & Larry’s Keto Cookie : soft and has a decent flavour. Extremely dry and very crumbly 2/5Fatt Ketogenic Cookie : soft with delicate flavour which could have done with being stronger.Nice, this one 3/5 good textureBoost ball Choca Mocha : slight dusty texture in a dry chocolate not unlike a Thorntons truffles. Good flavours though 4/5FATT Raspberry & Almond nut bar : very , very tasty! Strong fruity flavours and a nice texture. Very sticky and very small 4/5Adonis Vanilla & Coconut : thick and tasty nut bar. Plenty of coconut with only the slightest hint of vanilla. Needed a hot cuppa with this but would order again 5/5Adonis Dark Cocoa orange nut bar : I’m not a massive fan if either dark chocolate or orange flavours but this was pretty good. Again, dense texture but pretty decent 4/5Pulsin Orange Choc & peanut plant based keto bar : Possibly the best one in the box! Thick and satisfying with nice flavours and textures. Tastes like a proper chocolate bar ratger than a keto version - would order separately if i saw it. 5/5Keto Keto Cherry Bakewell. A keto flapjack replacement with good flavours and textures. I have tried their range before and the Cherry Bakewell version is the best 5/5

Bought this for my Brother for Christmas and he loved it! he got to try different protein bars and then he knew which ones he anted to buy bigger boxes of!! Nice select and definitely worth buying for someone in to fitness!

All nice stuff especially the fattbars, the US keto cookie and boost energy balls but disappointing to see the Grenade bars in there as they’re not really keto if you read the ingredients and take into account they’re 18g net carbs.

My other half is on a keto diet. Found this a good way to taste test a few keto friendly snacks, only 2 he would buy again. Rest were too synthetic. He liked the Fat bar and Grenade bar. Disappointed to discover the Grenade bar contains maltilol so is not truly keto friendly.

Out of the whole box only 2 items are truly keto friendly abs one is borderline. It contained 3 grenade bars which are completely NOT keto, one of the other bars is also cashew based which again is not keto friendly. The only snacks actually keto were the FattBars. Don’t waste your money if you are following a proper keto diet
