NeilMedReusable Flexible Ear Cleaners, Waxout

Saw these somewhere and decided to try them. They work so much better than Q-Tips. Gets the ear wax out of your ear, rather than shoving it deeper. And they clean easily with some warm water and scrubbing and sanitizing in rubbing alcohol. Definitely recommend.

These things are quite helpful in removing debris from facial cavities, however; the head breaks off easily. These things could use some reinforcement inside.

Skip these and get the spiral kind that are cheaper and much more effective. These are too hard and the wrong shape to work comfortably, I thought one of them would work but unfortunately they are all equally bad.

They perform as advertised. I suffer from constant tinnitus and using the softer one of these is enough to calm the volume to one that is at least tolerable. The greatest benefit is not impacting cotton into my ear canal. I would highly recommend this for anyone who has a cotton swab addiction.

They work really well and of course can be reused. There are different styles.

Still haven't figured these out, but they seem to do what they're supposed to and do it pretty good.

When I use these tools, they don't seem to remove a significant amount of earwax. In fact, most of the tools ended up impacting the ear wax despite using the ear cleaning solution with it. The tools, especially the spiral, seem far too flimsy to grab a good amount of ear wax. The club is the only tool that seems to help, but after a short period, it just serves to irritate the ear canal and push some earwax back far enough to impact. These tools might be useful for monthly cleaning if your earwax buildup isn't too significant, but at that point, you can probably just use a solution like debrox. If these tools were made of metal, they may be more helpful.
