It did shrink, but fits nice after one wash, hang dry. I'm 5'11", 160lb 28" waist. Ordered M, typically wear an average "Mens Med." shirt which usually fits a bit loose. I wouldn't dare put it in the dryer but hang drying made it fit just perfect. Out of the package it was a bit loose similar to "normal" mens med. For me. I'm pleased with it, nice fabric, hangs "loose" like a lightweight cotton T to really show your chest well if you have a "V" body shape.UPDATE 1Accidentally put it in the dryer and now it's too small. 2 stars, sad.. really can't wear it anymore.UPDATE 2Putting back to 5 stars. Contacted Tezo and they were happy to exchange me for the correct size (2 sizes up from what I'd normally wear after expecting shrinking from washing) so I could keep wearing these. Super happy with the customer service, the shirts are much nicer fit than anything that the store if you are lean and muscular and want a good fitting shirt.

Go one size up unless you want to showcase every ripple and bulge, which, let's face it, might be a game plan for some.I'm not saying I've replaced all my shirts with these... but let's just say my closet now looks like a minimalist's color palette dream – black, blue, and green.If comfort had a cousin, it would be these shirts. Whether you're pumping iron or just pumping gas, they're your new best friend. So if you're a guy who's built like a linebacker with a heart of a teddy bear, give these tees a shot. Your shoulders – and your mirror – will thank you.

I was skeptical of these shirts when I first ordered them. I knew they were cheap $5 shirts you can find on Alibaba, but I was willing to give them a shot. The material makeup is 90% cotton and 10% spandex, which makes them feel soft while having a decent amount of stretch. Of course, like most reviews here, I was worried about shrinkage after washing and drying, so I took others' advice and ordered 2 sizes up from my typical workout shirt. I am 6'-1" and weigh roughly 180 pounds. I typically wear size medium in a workout shirt because I want them to fit a little tight (to show off my muscles, of course). That being said, I wear size large most other times. And it really depends on the brand of shirt; if they run small, I wear a large, if they run big, I wear a medium, or, in the case of Carhartt and Duluth Trading Company, I wear size small, but that's a different story altogether. With all that being said, I ordered size XL.I tried the shirt on when I got it and it was a little big, but not THAT big. I could have worn it out, but I knew it would shrink, so I put it in the wash. Sure enough, it shrank, but I don't know if it shrank 2 sizes. After a couple of washes, it seems to have stabilized at around a "large" size. I'm not disappointed that it didn't shrink more, but I am hesitant to recommend ordering two sizes up. That being said, if you like your workout shirts tight, order 1 size up, if you like them a little more loose, order 2 sizes up. The quality is still good after a couple of washes, I gave it 4 stars though because I'm not sure how it will hold up over time.

Look these shirts are are pretty good I got 2 a black and green one but the green on had a stitching error on it. Here’s and image of it. I really like the shirts they feel and fit great just have this one little issue on them.

La calidad de la tela es buena el único detalle es que después de lavarlas y secarlas si se encogieron un poco (el largo). Por eso las 4 estrellas. Así que toma en cuenta la talla si las compras.

Demasiado corta, no la recomiendo para personas altas

Si varían entre dos tallas, recomiendo y por la más alta. Mido 1.74 m y peso 76 kg, la talla M me quedó bien.
