Not that this batch of IMSOALPHA from Mixt Solutions was bad, it wasn't as fresh as ones I have had in the past. Nevertheless, I mix 2 scoops of this with 4 oz. of cranberry juice and 4 oz. of pineapple juice and 16 oz. of purified water. It's pretty good...
