I've only just recently got into baking sourdough bread. I've done a couple of bakes and was on the search for a complete set of tools to further help with my sourdough loaves. Straight away I realised that this set had most of everything I was looking for. I have since used this for a sourdough loaf and here are my honest thoughts: - The dough scrapers are very useful. Not much could go wrong with these plastic scrapers. With its flexibility I managed to use these pretty effectively when mixing my dough and scraping it straight out from the bowl. I dont think its entirely necessary to have two scrapers, but most definitely a bonus, so no complaints. - For me the stainless steel dough cutters were the real hero. Very slick looking and sturdy. Super practical and was pivotal for my bake. The sharpness of the cutter made it very easy to cut through the dough but not so sharp as to make it unsafe to touch. - The bread lame surprised me. Haven't ever really seen a bread lame like this. Aesthetically looks amazing in my kitchen but most importantly it did not let me down. Did its job, and made for some beautiful scores, so I'm happy. - Although I was not initially interested in the baking mat, I just saw it as a bonus and used it. However, I must say that it was extremely handy! I personally used it for the kneading process and it worked brilliantly. The mat nicely sticks onto my marble kitchen surface. Helps keep the kitchen clean too as I did all the messy work on the mat, so that was great. Also, very easy to wash and clean!Overall very satisfied with my purchase. I'm a happy customer :)

Only fault was that on unwrapping the silicon mat , I found it had a small right angled cut. I think probably caused by the super-sharp stainless steel dough scraper or maybe one of the 2 flexible plastic ones as there was no sturdy packaging to separate the items, only a very smart external box - perhaps it would have been better to put that inside?

What a thrill to open this beautiful box and find all I need for my home made bread making! I am simply thrilled to bits! I saw some of the items being used on a You Tube presentation of bread I thought I would make and so looked on Amazon for the items. I found them then saw they were all in this collection plus the proofing basket for less money than if bought separately!! You can tel the Company are proud of their product as they pack it beautifully too.Now I shall be baking more bread....

Thought I'd give it a few days till I give an honest review. Fantastic set, from the items included in the bundle you already know its going to be worth it but I must say there is absolutely no compromise in quality. Found the two dough scrapers to be very handy when preparing the dough as I can use both of them in either hand to scrape and mix.

Love all the items, great quality except the bladed knife. Very blunt. No use for cutting the pattern onto the dough . Shame as the rest of the set is excellent quality.

Shocked at how expensive bowl drapers were, I saw an advert from Everyday bakers and bought it , amazing value and quality.A hint to anyone it’s a perfect present for a home baker.

Bought as a gift, so I haven’t used it, but looks to be a great set for someone who likes baking bread. Nicely made and has everything you might need.
