Q: How to cook?? Can we prepare with hot water?

This is not instant coffee. These are coffee beans. You need to grind them if you don't buy grinded and use various coffee methods to brew Espresso Machine, moka pot etc. Or simply make very fine grind and prepare it Turkish style that's boil it with water (like tea) 1.5 cup of water for 1 cup coffee As coffee comes to a boil with bubbles, pour half of the coffee into the cups, over the foam. Return coffee pot to stovetop and boil the remaining coffee for an additional 10-15 seconds and fill the cups to the rim. Let the coffee sit in cup for 2-3 minutes so coffee grounds settle down before drinking. You can also Use filter to filter coffee particles like you do for tea. Although in Turkish style they don't filter and simply don't drink the settled bottom part.
