HD-TVI / Analog Digital Surveilance DVR
I am happy with this DVR so far. I have it hooked up to both analog and HD-TVI camera and all looks great. The manual is on the included DVD, though some of the information on the ddns appearance needs to be updated. I used the SIMPLEDDNS.COM and everything worked great. If you are not familiar with Port forwarding and are having trouble. You can use canyouseemenow.org to verify you have the router set up properly. This DVR does everything I need it to do as well as doing a digital zoom for a close up view of the video in both the analog and the TVI cameras. All in all, everything was fairly simple during setup.

Works great as long as you plug wired cameras into it. IP camera it will only take 2 total and they are a near impossibility to get working properly.

Buyer Beware!!!
This product was plug and play out of box but had several issues with camera images being washed out or would randomly scramble. I would have to reboot to get them working again.After 1 year, the unit just failed!!! It would not boot back up and after many many tries I contacted tech support.They emailed an RMA to ship back at my expense and they would “take a look at it.”I explained that this is for busiuand it can’t be down that long and they just said “sorry, there is nothing we can do”If your business depends on reliable service...BEWARE OF THIS PRODUCT!

Great Digital Video Recorder
Great image of HDMI, 1080 P, the best. I got one TVI DVR from another seller but returned. This one is much better. 700 TVL for analog camera which same as the same product on the market. Easy to install. We installed this unit immediately we received.

ad in operation for a few months now....easy to use, quite intuitive really. Kudos to their Tech Support...friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable of all systems. Would definitely use again in the future. Recommended by me!

Great Product
The image quality and system functionality are great. For the issues that you cannot resolve yourself the call-in technical support is very helpful and accessible. Awesome picture, easy to set up.
