Very nice!
This is a good value! 2K or 4K is the way to go! Picture quality is great I’m told with this cam, and the mic seems to pick up pretty well within 10-15 feet, and mic quality is very clear. I really like the easy button zoom feature too. It swivels and adjust up down pretty easily. It’s a little stiff, but will probably loosen up some to swivel even easier I suspect. The only small con is that it is a little bigger and heavier than a couple other cams I tried. If on a laptop, the camera could tilt/shift downward if you move your laptop around or carry it around without keeping it level. It’s an easy adjustment though, and it’s never fallen off. For a stationary monitor it is perfect.

Defective camera
I liked the camera zoom picture quality is good. Best feature is zoom options. Every thing seemed to point that it was going to be a good web camera for me. I have been using it for a month already and it has been 5 days that it has been giving me issues. The webcam will turn off on me complete, like it’s not connecting. I have to unconnected and reconnect varies times before it reads the camera again. Disappointed it only has lasted me 1 month of use. My has turn to be directive webcam

Great image but Sliding door hard to move. Zoom doesn't stay.
The picture quality is excellent, and this camera is very easy to set up. I plugged it into USB-A port on my hub, gave Camera and Mic permission to Zoom and Teams, and it worked. Zoom is needed if you don't want to be tiny on a wide shot. So you set your zoom in the Preview window (of Zoom or Teams) by pressing the button atop the camera to cycle through 5 levels of zoom. Then when you connect, you'll see yourself back at level 1 (the widest shot). Click the button on top of the camera, and you will jump to the level +1 of the one you set. Example: in preview, before connecting, click to set to level 3. Connect and you'll see yourself live onscreen at level 1. Click button once and you're not at level 4. So you click 5-1-2-3 to get back to level 3.Also, if you turn off your camera by pressing the Teams or Zoom shortcut to Hide Video, the camera itself goes off (mic still works) and when you Show Video, the camera is back at level 1 zoom!Obviously the best thing would be for the camera to remember your favorite zoom level and just stay there through Connect, Disconnect, Hide Video, Show Video, switching from Zoom to Teams. Oh, if only it did!The other problem with my unit is probably with just this one unit: there are two doors that slide together to cover the lens. My right door slides ok with firm pressure, but the left door only slides if I hook the edge with a fingernail. And you'll need strong fingernails. I can't see a good way to lubricate the doors but I may try; they don't need to be so hard to move.Overall though, I'm very pleased with the camera, outside of these two pain points, and the price was very good.

Zoom and Plug and Play
This camera arrived as expected and worked immediately. The Zoom button is not mentioned in the instructions but it was on the description when I bought it. The shutter works well and is far superior to the privacy shutter on the webcam I'm replacing. The Zoom feature is easy to use and works well and solved my issue of having too wide of an angle. The default/initial/widest angle on this camera is also actually wider than the fixed wide angle camera I replaced. And I think the USB cable is longer on this camera! I'm very happy so far. Hopefully it holds up well. I may update my review and add a picture or video later and especially if it fails but right now this is PERFECT and AS ADVERTISED and I RECOMMEND IT!

Zoom resets with every call.
If you are like me and need to narrow the background during work calls this is the camera for you. The only issue is the zoom doesn’t stay where you last left it. And there is a glitch where the first click jumps to the third zoom so when you first get on the call you have to click the zoom button until it gets back to the zoom you want. I don’t mind, most of the people who see me clicking my camera are impressed that I can zoom. For $50 it’s a good deal. Also no software needed, just plug and play.

Gives out after a few weeks
I went through four (maybe five?) replacements with this before ultimately getting a different, more expensive webcam from another brand. The camera itself is fine and initially works for the first couple of weeks, but then all of it sudden it starts conking out - on work video calls the camera will just stop working or turn off for no reason at all. This would then mean I had to unplug/replug the cable in before it would work in these instances, but it wouldn't be long before the camera would stop working again.I don't know if was because of my setup where I have the camera connected to a USB hub that connects via USB-C to my MacBook, but I sent this back. I wouldn't recommend this camera for the unreliability mentioned here - perhaps this camera work if you're not on a Mac, but I think it's somethingOne other negative is that the privacy cover is hard to move - I was using my fingernail to get the camera covers to close properly.

good picture quality, zoom works, does NOT autofocus
I bought this so I can zoom into my crafts as I stream, because especially with knitting and cross stitch it can be kind of hard to see what I'm doing without a zoom function. I previously purchased a Nexigo webcam without zoom function that has pretty good picture quality for the price, saw this one that *says* in the specs that it auto-focuses, and decided to invest. the previous webcam auto-focuses pretty well. However, while the picture quality itself is good, this camera does NOT autofocus, which renders it pretty useless for what I purchased it for! it's stuck focused beyond what I'm working on, in camera settings the focus setting is greyed out. would it work great for video calls? sure! but I didn't need a camera for far away and none of the top reviews said anything that would leave me to believe this left anything to be desired for up close.
