Too hard for me.
I couldnt use this, I found it didn't give at all. I do have a lot of back issues. Also, it says it weighs over 2 kilos. I'm thinking grams/ounces, no?

Not refundable
This item says soft but it is very hard. Under "Returns" the message says "elegble for refund or replacement" but when you click on the link to return the item, it says that the item is non refundable. I understand that returning an item that will be resold is not sanitary but say then, non refundable from the start. I feel tricked. Thank God Amazon helped me. But the process is long and unnecessary.
