Outstanding knives… worth every dime!!

After evaluating a bunch of different budget knife block sets, I purchased these. Major Pros: Includes an 8" slicer/carving knife + an 8" bread knife + larger santuko knife (rather than a small one.) Those were non-negotiable for me. ALL the budget-priced sets on Amazon have rust warnings and most have cracked handle warnings, so all seemed equal in that regard. The product that arrived looks exactly like the photo. The knives have a good, balanced weight and ergonomic handle. They look nice and feel good in the hand. Sharp? Terrific. We haven't used them long enough to evaluate their longevity.Cons. There is only one and it's not the fault of the manufacturer. There is not enough clearance under the cabinets to pull the knives out of the block. We have 17" vertical space. My old Chicago Cutlery set was angled perfectly. When shopping, I purposely avoided buying vertical blocks because our tiny apartment kitchen has no counter space without cabinets above. This set has an angled block, but not angled enough. So we will have to slide the knife set out from under the cabinet to access the longer knives. Annoying, but I am happy otherwise and will keep them.

I love them but 2 already had the tips come off it just broke off I’m trying to contact seller for replacement can someone help please I really want them

I haven’t used these yet but they feel sturdy, look great, and come with extras. This is a nice bonus when moving and trying to stock a kitchen from scratch. The only surprise was that the markings on the blade are barely visible from some angles. I thought I got the wrong set at first.

Because I'm a fan if FIF, when I saw this Damascus set, I had to have it!! These knives are super sharp!! Better than other knife sets I've bought that were semi-dull or dulled quickly? I've been using these for about 9 months now and they are still just as sharp!! There are a nice variety of sizes too. Since I'm far from a professional cook or anything similar, I can't name a specific type of knife... but I have three or four faves for sure!! The steak knives are nice too.. they are serrated and I've always found that smooth is better than serrated, but they are pretty efficient nonetheless. Warning: when I say "sharp"? I mean sharp!! I've actually sliced my fingers twice now... and it was quick too! So... be careful with these for sure!!

I bought knives in the past and they Bend they don't stay Sharp but this set is a very nice set for a chef it is so well put together that you could pass it on to your children I love my new knife set.

Only last a year. Knifes randomly starting chipping. White handles cracked or pieces fell off.
