HOLY SMOKE
Holy SMOKE. im was not a smoker before i got this beautiful herb. But now I surely am. I have nerve pain and post surgery pains that i waa prescribed heavy manmade narcotics for. I dont want tp fill my body with poison. I was told that smoking this would give me some relief. I ordered prerolled hemp paper and this bag of lettuce. Whoo-hoo. I can move without much pain. The feeling of being stabbed due to nerve damage is gone. Im a lil sleepy n definitely a a lil high afte just two puffs. Didnt expect to feel intoxicated but im ok with that.

Works great as a painkiller
Not sure you will want to use my review. So, I will understand because of its political incorrectness.Years ago, I had purchased some wild lettuce as "lettuce opium." Smoking it without any adulteration, when I accidentally sloshed some boiling water on my hand, I experienced first-hand its painkilling efficiency. The pain was still present, but waaaaay over there somewhere. It was almost like it wasn't my pain. It's hard to describe, but the relief was fantastic. BTW, it's a pretty rough smoke, but you only need a couple of hits.Facing injections in my knees for arthritis, I bought this batch of wild lettuce in anticipation of the pain from the injection that will probably last for a few hours until the cortisone kicks in. (I went through a similar bout of pain with an injection to a joint in my hand.) However, I have tested its efficiency ahead of time. Ahem.I mixed it 50/50 with marijuana and found the sleep benefits. Not for use before driving or doing anything you need attention and manual coordination for. Oh, and it makes my dreams much more vivid. You might want to have some handy in case the nanny-state makes it illegal.

Will it help you sleep...Yes!
Got this last year after the attempt to grow it yielded only a couple of plants and them no where near six feet tall. Made a tea with a snap ball Tea Infuser. Didn't notice much of anything and forgot about it. But, this spring wild lettuce is popping up all over the garden. So, I watched several videos about it's use yesterday. Motivated I decided to give it another try. I grabbed a big pinch of dried leaves, much more than what was in the teaspoon infuser, maybe three tablespoons. Dropped them into an insulated Starbucks tumbler, poured in 8 oz. boiling water, put the lid on and let it steep for an hour or so. As I am want to do, I proceded to the study to check email, etc. about a half an hour before bedtime which is ten o'clock for me, taking the strained tea with me. I sipped it slowly for a number of minutes noting the slightly bitter taste. I woke up at 10:15 to the realization, whoa, this stuff actually works! I bid my lovely former fiancee a good night and retired for the evening. I don't sleep all that well at seventy-two and usually have to visit the bathroom one to three times a night to make water. Last night I didn't get up at all. I did wake up a few times, but went back to sleep. Got up this morning without the usual early morning aches and pains feeling rested. Bottom line...this stuff works as advertized. Use responsibly; don't drink and drive.

but don't like the way they make me feel
i was in a high speed vehicular accident. some guy rear ended my car while EVERY ONE on the interstate was at a stop. he didn't even hit the brakes... not even chiropractors will touch me since my neck is now a jugsaw puzzle waiting to fall apart. so, i am in pain. a lot. i make this into a tea when my pain gets severe. i drink a cup every 2 to 3 hours. i do not feel high, i do not feel a change in my mental functions. i may get a little tired, but i do get relief from my pain. if you want relief from pain, this may help. i have had several prescriptions for pain, but don't like the way they make me feel. if you want a buzz, try something else. this helps with pain and i like it. and i am soooo happy it comes in a big container.

Works great for pain and muscl spasms
The dried wild lettuce for tea works good but I prefer the capsules, more convenient. When I make tea with this I mix in an instant chai tea. It's quite good!. Wild lettuce works great for me to relieve chronic back pain and muscle spasms.

Wonderful adjunct to pain meds!
This magical lettuce allowed me to actually get a good nights rest! I also took with my pain meds and found myself needing less norco, and my pain managed below a 5 on the 1-10 scale (usually I am about7-8).

Works wonders. Highly recommend for natural pain relief!
Absolutely love this! I was concerned that it wouldn't work very well for pain, or cause some soft of anxiety reaction... But I was definitely wrong. I've smoked it, and used it in tea... Both work wonders for my pain! I have extreme tooth pain, and Fibromyalgia. This eased my pains within minutes. It was also used to treat seizures by Romans.. I have epilepsy, and have noticed how it helps with that too. It does give a slight "intoxicated " feeling.. but it's not overwhelming. It's definitely not as intoxicating & bad as pain killers... That stuff will mess you up. This is a much better, natural option. I'll be purchasing more and using this on a regular basis. It's so much better to medicate naturally!
