As the description says u need to do some sort of exercise before consuming it with milk otherwise ull be having a head ache and u will also experience much heat in the body. Just to get heat down u need to heat down u need to have anti heat things like lassi , buttermilk , etc which reduce the heat in the body and will also help u develop your weight growth.
