Update: After about a year of use, I really like this tug. It is our go to. His teeth still slide on the material but it still has made a good toy for toy reward service dog training as well as off leash training/fetch as a toy reward. I hold it sideways now so he can grip it better so now I am buying your two handled one. Your 2 handled jute toy is ridiculously long, even for a large dog. A year later, owning a ball on a string and a few other professional training tugs and this is our go to for toy reward training. Therefore, adjusting your star rating to reflect that.__________________The tugs are well made but my dog's teeth slide on it. It's hard for him to get a good grip. Once he does it is great but it takes a long time for him to grip it. So much so that we moved back to his toy that was a 3rd less money. My dog is a pro tugger. Its the material that this is made of thats the issue.

Love the french linen tugs. They don't tear up my dog's teeth like the fire hose tugs. Redline are great quality, more so than most other brands. I like the feel of the handles as well. So far this particular tug is my favorite.

Handles broke the second time my boxer played with this. Definitely not durable, don’t waste your money.

Excellent quality, very well constructed. My malinois likes it, but doesn't love it. But if your dog goes crazy for tug toys, this is a decently priced and great quality tug.

Great for training, 100% recommend. Just don’t let your dog sit there and chew on it. My dog knows it’s just for training but it’s still his favorite toy
