Duck Brand 527263 Adhesive Remover 5.45-Ounce Bottle With No Mess Applicator

I my work I use Goo Gone to remove the residue of most adhesives. But, if you have to remove the residue of duct tape, you can go through a whole bottle of Goo Gone and still have residue left. I purchased this for that purpose and it works like a charm. Duct tape residue simply dissolves away!

I purchased the Duck Brand 527263 Adhesive Remover and what a pleasant surprise. I've used other adhesive removers before and was very pleased with the duck brand adhesive remover. The duck brand adhesive remover has a scraper on it that really helps in the removal of the labels and the sticky stuff left behind. Just apply the remover, let it soak in for a few seconds and then gently wipe away the sticky stuff from the surface of your products container. It will look as good as new. It's so simple and easy to do that it's just amazing. The duck brand adhesive remover has a pleasant smell. But you should us it in a well ventilated area as directed. The duck brand adhesive remover is a bit greasy like most adhesive removers. You should test it on a discreet spot before applying it to any surface. It works well on paper stickers and glue on permeable paper stickers and exposed glue, this stuff is great. A lot of stickers have a plastic coating that is hard to penetrate. The best way to handle these stickers is to buy the "Scotty Peeler Label & Sticker Removers" and then you can use the adhesive remover to clean up after. It works very well and has a great price. I used several different adhesive removers over the years, but this one is by far has the best results and easiest to use with its built-in sponge applicator.

I'm in the process of converting an old Street Fighter 2 Arcade Piggy Bank into a functional mini arcade that actually plays games and was having problems removing the old decals on the sides. On one side I spent days trying to remove the decal using only my hands... After a few broken finger nails and almost losing my thumb nail from the constant scrapping and even soaking it in soapy water for two days I was able to get the graphic layer off but was left with a lot of residue. Sanding, soaking, scraping, nothing that I had on hand worked well to remove this, and the thought of having to do it again on the other side was a dreadful thought.Than I decided to give this product a try. On the side that I had already scraped by hand and only had residue left on it this worked GREAT. I dabbed the entire area and let it set for 30 seconds than used the scraper on the lid and in 20 seconds it was completely clean and one wipe with a paper towel it looked fantastic.I than went to the other side decal which I had never tried to removed. I started lifting the corners by hand than applied some of the adhesive remover in hopes that it would loosen the rest... Not so much so, and I wound up having to remove most of the first layer by hand again. Even the thicker areas of the sticker layers that no longer had the graphic layer wouldn't come up that easy. But using the lid scraper after letting some of the adhesive remover soak in and ramming the edge of thicker areas in hard fast short motions or really digging into it and scrapping with the lid made it easier. Once all of the thick layers were removed the residue came up in a matter of seconds.So it may not make removing stickers a breeze, but it handles residue GREAT and does make removing stickers a little easier. What took me hours by hand to remove the sticker on one side took about 40 minutes on the other side and not finding an easy way to remove the residue before removed it in 30 seconds (including the 20 second soak period!). You can't tell either side ever had stickers on them now, and now I'm ready to debate on trying some vinyl inkjet sheets or go for solid paint on my little arcade project.

It arrived early and worked. Just rubbed it on the shirt that a sticky name tag on it that had been washed and dried. It only took 30 seconds to remove. Very happy with my purchase

I love to hold onto those large plastic jars that snackfoods often come in. But removing the labels is a major pain. One day after unsuccessfully trying to remove the very tightly stuck labels, i went on a quest to find the best label remover. I searched my cupboards and my solvents, like denatured alcohol and acetone. I tried one and then the others, after first trying to remove the paper label with hot water. This adhesive remover was by far the best. It worked best by first softening the label by running hot water water over it to remove the surface of the paper. Then i rubbed the dauber of this bottle over the label, and waited for it to soak in. Within a short time i was able to use the scraper on the top if this bottle to completely remove the label. Once this was gone, it was easy to just wipe the stickiness off with a paper towel. I threw out the other three adhesive removers and ordered more of this. This will even remove a certain type of rubber putty after it has dried.

The reviews for this product were really good so i bought it. I used it to remove two horrible stickers from the car i had just bought, the previous owner thought they looked good for some reason. Anyways, the adhesive remover worked fine but you need to have your own scrapper. I used a metal blade scrapper and it worked great. The scrapper that comes on the cap does not work at all, so unless you have your own i don't suggest buying this.

It works great. I used it on my passport. There were different heavy stuck sticker on the front and back cover. I took the stickers off, which left a terrible left-over sticky glue. The DUCK worked great and took all the glue residues off. The passport looks like the beginning.👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
