I’ve actually read it - it’s excellent
This book is an antidote to all the b.s, MLM, quick fix, quack science you see advertised EVERYWHERE. It simply helps you do what you need to do to eat well for your body and your own goals. How to help yourself deal with behaviours around food that YOU want to deal with, not what someone else thinks you should . It doesn’t plug some one size fits all multi cure “cleanse” or “juice” or “reset” or “reboot” because that’s all nonsense. If not all the one star reviews from people who haven’t actually read it and are just butthurt Abby see through their weight loss snake oil and will help you see through it too .

Ditch the diet!!
Warning! Once you realise that the diet industry is utter b*****ks, there will be no turning back. If you've started to question why your diet hasn't worked in the long (or short) term. If you get fed up of celebrities and 'influencers' peddling the latest get thin quick fad and want some actual science about nutrition without the bull, pick up this book. Abby has a no nonsense approach to nutrition that challenges what we sometimes take as gospel (carbs are bad, eating in the evening make you gain more weight etc) . She doesn't ignore the mental health aspect and gives advice on how to fix your relationship with food.

The only book you will ever need
In short, fantastic! So refreshing to finally have a sensible, science based approach to diet and eating habits. This is not a book to tell you to cut out this, buy that, drink this potion nonsense. This is a book to cut through all the fluff out there (and let's face it, there's a lot) and give you the tools to have a better relationship with food, and ultimately yourself. Abby has no qualms telling it like it is and I appreciate that. If you want a book to guide you, help you look at your eating habits, and tell you facts about all facets of food and nutrition, then this is the book for you. Can't recommend enough!
