Better than Aladdin's Cave of Wonders for Anyone Who Wants to Thrive Today--as Well as Tomorrow!
Although COVID-19 wreaked a lot of challenges in the world in 2020, it also brought Nadya Zhexembayeva into my life--and I have been forever changed. Here’s the good news, you don’t have to be a student of Nadya’s to benefit greatly from her latest book—although you may very well want to be once you start reading it! As a newly Certified Reinvention Practitioner, I have been waiting for this book since July 2020, when I found out about it in class and pre-ordered it. I got it just a week ago—and you can see by the photo that I’m already using the heck out of it!The Chief Reinvention Officer’s Handbook captures all of Nadya's decades of experience helping global companies to reinvent in the face of unimagined market changes, maps out her strategies for you to practice them yourself and creates the doorway to opportunities for you—and your company—to thrive today, as well as tomorrow, no matter what kinds of challenges you face.Nadya is a teacher who knows how to break down complex subjects into digestible bites that not only demystify the topic, she leaves you inspired to get right into action with what you have learned. Here are the Top 3 Things you need to know about this book:1. It puts globally-tested, cutting-edge reinvention strategies right into your hands and gives you a new language to make sense of an increasingly “chaotic” world.2. It connects you to the Reinvention Society—the community of Reinvention Practitioners, Chief Reinvention Officers, and all the regular folks around the world who are interested in reinvention. They are the most welcoming group of people you will ever meet.3. It is engaging and—dare I say it—FUN! Not only was it an instant bestseller before it was released, it’s the only book in the world that is always being reinvented—once you purchase this book, you are connected to Nadya’s website where all of the updates will be at your fingertips as soon as they emerge. Although you will learn in this book that only 2.4% of the people on the planet can innovate, you will also discover that fully 100% of us can reinvent. When you get your copy of this book, you will see just how simple it is and how much reinvention will change your life!

Relevant. Realistic. Reliable.
Nadya Zhexembayeva uses research-based methodologies that she explains very clearly in an easy to understand format, and gives examples using many tools and a variety of industries. You can use this book for personal reinvention, small business reinvention, large company reinvention and large-scale reinvention like cities or communities. What I love most about the book is that it doesn't focus on one right way. You can still use the frameworks you know and have been successful with in the past and apply the knowledge and the tools to reinvent ways to be more successful. So often I read one book that tells me to do something one way and then another contradicts it, but How to Thrive in Chaos put me in the driver's seat and encourages me to use many of the great tools that are out there.I also love that this book provides tools and resources with enough information to take action today and use in your business and life. I attached a copy of one of the cards, there are 25 cards in total, that allow you to realistically look at your current situation and understand where you can take immediate action. There are many tools like this in the book from assessments to online resources. I was so impressed; I bought a second copy for a colleague. Finally, I would recommend you join the community of Reinventors Nadya Zhexembayeva has built. It is an amazing community of people from all over the world sharing and learning together.

Reinvention is a skill, not a one time event.

Nadya's approach is easy to implement, complements other organization diagnosis models, and features How To's for recognizing and responding to emerging innovations. The Reinvention Method applies in business, volunteer, and personal settings. Here's some theory with a super dose of practical help
Reinvention is an essential skill for the 21st century! As babies, we loved change (try to imagine a baby that didn't want to change from a crawler to a walker), and then something tragic happens to us. Somehow we are taught that change is a threat, and that's when things really start to go wrong. This book by Nadya Zhexembayeva will give you a renewed relationship with change. Imagine wonder and awe returning to your life in the face of change. Yes, it can happen! That's what reinvention is about. While this book is mostly about organizational change, it doesn't ignore that personal change is wrapped up with organizational change, so you'll be learning to work on both levels simultaneously with this insightful and practical resource. Buy it today!!!

Brilliant! A timely and practical resource for our disrupted world
This book is nothing short of brilliant! Nadya's practical guidebook is the ultimate tool for all of us as we try to navigate the chaotic disrupted world we face today. Designed in a user-friendly format, the book is full of not only great cases, but also hands-on tools and practices that can be used right away in any organization. What is perhaps most impressive it that the book itself is a living example of reinvention...reinventing how a book is even created, as an entire global community helped to contribute to the creation of the book's content. As a result, this handbook is my new #1 go-to resource for not only myself, but every organization I am working with that is seeking to thrive in our chaotic times.

A practical guide, not just theory
This is a handy guide to navigating change in a disrupted world, it provides practical guides to that end alongside the theory that describes what is happening to our businesses. That convergence of theory and practicality makes this book valuable to all. There are insights into how to avoid being blindsided by change and studies on how this has happened to some of the largest global operators in the past. The metaphors make the content accessible without compromising the depth of the work and details.

Beautiful book
The author truly understands change. She comes from a background of profound change and reinvention. This book is written in scar tissue of her past and her experience as an academic, consultant and entrepreneur. That is a unique mix that gives an authentic result. Great care is taken to deliver a beautiful product aesthetically and intellectually.

If you don't see any opportunities, create them!
This is an easy to read and easy to follow book for those interested in reinvention. Titanic syndrome - amazing example that real reasons of failure could be not so obvious as the consequencies. Going to apply this idea in my behavioural finance research, connecting with cognitive and emotional biases influencing all of us.

Rip off! Don’t buy.
Spent £7 on a nice title but don’t expect a meaningful content. writing a book esp business / leadership books is a talent etc... there should be respect to the reader. Can’t find words for it. Not even worth a free download/ device storage.

A MUST READ for anyone who wants to understand how to thrive in change
In a recent article in The European Financial Review, author Nadya Zhexembayeva says "Volatility is here to stay. In a world of constant flux, change cannot be treated as an isolated project." In this, her latest book, Dr. Zhexembayeva brings to the fore more than 25 years of business experience and wisdom to bring us the tools we need to be able to thrive in a constantly changing world. Whether you're a small, medium or large size business; whether you're private, public or not-fo-profit - or even if you're an individual wanted to understand how you can personally reinvent, this book is a must read. It is chock full of real-world exemples and practical tools that you can use right away for yourself or with your teams and organizations. Highly recommended!
