Easy to assemble, even by yourself, with high-grade stainless fittings and a unique and very useful t-handle hex wrench. All you'll need is a 7/16ths wrench to hold the nuts while you tighten the bolts. A medium philips screwdriver is helpful if you want to check the screws from the factory (one was loose on one of our chairs, but it was simple to just screw it all the way in).Comes in five pieces and assembles in about 10 minutes. 20 minutes after you open the box, you'll be sittin' in the shade with a nice refreshing adult beverage at your side, wondering why you didn't order these chairs last year.

I did a ton of research on recycled plastic furniture, including locally made products. These chairs are sturdy and colorful and easy to assemble. We purchased 4 chairs and 2 ottomans and there were only 4 screws that were loose or stripped which I thought were pretty good odds. Other brands are smaller, narrower or the back is shorter. I appreciate the hidden screws where possible and the smooth texture of the polywood. I would buy this brand again.

These chairs are attractive, sturdily built. They held a 300 lb. guest with no bowing, bending, cracking, etc.Just good-looking, comfortable, low-maintenance chairs.Easy to assemble, even with my "little girly" adjustable wrench.When I need another one, I'll buy it from here.Not stackable one on top of the other, but then 9 of 10 is still an enviable score.Did I mention they arrived before the estimated delivery date? A true plus.

Ordered 4 chairs, first one assembled in 10 min. Next one, same no problem. Third was different, the back of the chair was not put together. No problem, the screws were there just resting near the spot to be tightened. Then the same chair was missing 4 bolts from hardware, uh-oh. Couldn't put it together without them and had friends over! That was not great. Had to make a special trip to find similar replacements the next day, disappointed in third chair. 4th chair was fine. Nice chairs if they pass QC control check.

We finally got real about outdoor furniture - we want 0 maintenance. With these chairs, we had a season of enjoyment without worrying about bringing cushions in out of the rain. They're easy to hose-down if they get dirty, but truthfully they don't seem to get dirty. Comfortable, and they look great.

First of all, it looks great. I was concerned that it would look like fake wood. But I am very happy about the design.I also love the fact that it used recycled plastic bottles and that it is made in the USA. These were definitely two criteria I was looking for. Especially deciding not to buy wood, I wanted eco-friendly material or recycled content in the product. I also bought the set of chairs in grey with the little table and love it!It was very easy to assemble and is super comfy. Definitely recommend!

We like the product but the ordering experience was poor. We ordered two chairs which were delivered in two separate boxes. Both chairs were missing the hardware and direction package. I could not put them together. I contacted the company and told them I need two hardware packages. They only sent one. I contacted them again and asked to send the second package which they did. The chairs were ordered in July but could not be assembled until September due to delays in receiving necessary parts. I do like the chairs and assembly was easy (except one chair where a hole did not line up) but what a hassle getting parts. We want two more chairs but not sure if we will order from Pollywood.

I love that there is no maintenance - painting etc.
