I am a huge fan of herbal supplements and have read a fair bit on the subject in the past few years. These capsules contain a really good and well researched combination of natural ingredients to help with several aspects of your body and mind. I’m guessing that if you are reading this review you might be looking for something to help with low mood. I’ve been taking these for around a week so far and I’m starting to see a difference, I’m not suddenly happy or anything but I have more energy and I’m enjoying working away to music which is something I haven’t done for a long time, in turn that has made me feel better in myself. I’m not at an age where increasing fertility is an issue, but I think these are also a great natural alternative to hrt. They come in a nicely presented drawer style box with hygienic blister packs inside. The capsules are easy to swallow and leave no nasty after taste.They are at present priced at £49 for a two-month supply, sadly too expensive for me at the moment but they are good.

Don't be put off by the price tag, read the description this is for 2 months supply.I am I guess right at the start of the menopause so ny symptoms were very fresh to me although I was unaware of my horrific mood swings and bad attitude which my husband assured me were very real.4 weeks in and I certainly feel more energised and I'm told I'm sleeping better as opposed to tossing and turning all night long (not aware of this other than waking up exhausted every morning).The capsules are tasteless, they do appear on the larger size of a regualr capsule but this depends on whether you take regular medication or not (I don't) so anything bigger than a neurofen capsule is large for me.Capsules are in what I call a foil snap pack, you hae to physically pop the capsules out they are not loose in a jar so you can see how many you have left, how many you have taken and most importantly of all you can track to see if any differences have occured.When loking at taking or reviewing these it's also important to ask other's if they ahve noticed any changes in you. certainly wasn't aware of my mood swings and the frequency of them.For me these capsules have made a difference, as stated I may be in the begining of my menopsause and I have settled well on these tablets.

Having used several similar products before I can say this has performed the same as the others, in that it had no noticeable effect.The pills themselves are good quality, as are the ingredients, however I think it’s a case of these may work for some people, but not for many others. The reality is if these herbal remedies worked they would be available through the NHS as they are a fraction of the price to mass-produce as the current mainstream options.The ridiculous pricetag of £25 a month for a herbal product doesn’t really help their case, and will put off people from trying them,I tried these for a month (you get 2 months, so £24.50 a month) and saw no benefits. A friend tried them for a month also and they had no effect for her either.It’s a case of is it worth £49 for you to try a possible cure to the symptoms you are suffering?Even if there is a 1% chance then for some people it’s worth a try.

I have long term menopausal symptoms. Mine began in 2003 and in 2006 I started HRT which was wonderful. Sadly, after 11 years, I was getting fibroids and a polyp. I was told that the polyp was precancerous and took 2 D&Cs to remove. I was then told to stop taking HRT because both the fibroids and the polyp were likely caused by HRT. I phased out the HRT and life since has been between 24 and 36 debilitating hot flushes. I have tried various prescribed drugs from my GP and numerous natural remedies, including this one. None have has any effect. I now feel happier as summer recedes and I can feel alive again.I tried this remedy and it did no more for me than any of the other drugs or natural remedies did. I also think this is expensive and has not helped for any of the menopausal symptoms that affect me.

Also, the supplement may help to improve intimate life and boost confidence.Recommended dose: 1 capsule per day;60 capsule per package, means it will last two months. It is not to bad for this money. Specialty that they do what they say.And after one month using this supplement her opinion is.Firstly I want to say I'm a firm believer that not everything works the same for everyone. Nut this supplement works for me.They took a couple of days to kick in.Has helped with libido whatsoever. It does seem to help significantly with moods and sleep. Doesn't make you tired. But it does seem to help you sleep better.Do not be a sceptical- give chance for this!! It’s a bit pricey but it works.

Been taking for a few weeks after coming off 3 months of hard patches, I’m 48, as they didn’t agree with me. I was worried about my mood swings returning but so far these have certainly helped with that. My cycle is still regular but I get monthly migraines and still have not found any remedy to sort that. I don’t get night or day hot flushes so whether these help I’m not sure, my sleep is regular too so I think these help stabilise that. Helpful.
