a good product when they work. we use lots of these, seems like we get 1 out of every 4 defective, this time2 out of 3 failed, would not buy, but when they work they are a great product, that last forever in the sun

Ink Reel breaks
The label maker is great, however the tapes are really bad quality. For some reason on many of the rolls we get the ink reel breaks and then will no longer function properly. This has happened to about 1/3 of our reels. I highly recommend looking into other options to avoid the frustration.

Didn’t work
Well it turned up.Just went to use in my dymo proNo black tape comes out of the unit .. same as others ..see picSo its basically uselessAnd guess what just missed cutoff return date ..Advice try it as soon as you receive it !!!
