Perfect fit
Finally a front-clip no pull harness that fits! I have a 6 month old 17lb Corgi and have tried several front clip harnesses including Lupine brand and the Petsafe 3 in 1 and they just don't fit right. My problem was she seems to be between sizes for most harnesses; they will be just right around the chest but to big around the neck even on the smallest setting, or just too thin for her build. She has a deep chest for her size. This one fits perfect, is lightweight, and a nice 3/4" thick. She also doesn't try to chew this one off like she does with other harnesses so she must like it better too! Very basic design but honestly I like it better then the fancy bulky 3 in 1 Petsafe harness that i bought. Only wish it came in purple to match her leash.

Thiis is a heavy duty harness!
I got a "small" for my Italian Greyhound pup. While this harness is durable and really easy to put on and off, it is pretty heavy for a little one. The photo shows a small Chihuahua but I can't imagine a Chi wearing this harness. I was actually looking for (and still am) a lightweight harness she could wear all the time. This does work well when she needs to be on a leash. It does not go on her neck so it's comfortable for her in that regard. She doesn't object to it at all when we're going someplace but she is relieved to have it taken off once we get there. As she grows into it more, I think we'll be very happy with it. Right now I've tightened all the straps as much as possible and it's still very loose on her. She weighs 10 lbs and is 14 inches high.

Good harness. Easy to adjust, easy put on and take off.off.
This is the second of these harnesses for Sanchez. The first one lasted about 3 years of daily use with long walks every morning and periodic trips outside throughout the day.We tried several harnesses and had a hard time finding one that fit right without rubbing blisters, pinching, or cutting too close under his legs. We finally found this one and problem solved. When our first one finally gave up, I ordered one just like it as a replacement.Sandy is a chihuahua and is sporting a snazzy red, size small. He weighs about 15 pounds.

Great, well-made, well-priced halter!
I wanted a basic, non-bulky halter for my 18 lb. dog and this one is near perfect. I love that all the hardware is metal, except for the two plastic buckle clips. My dog seems very comfortable and secure in it, and it doesn't slide to the sides when out on leased walks. It was easy to adjust and the red is a very pretty true red. My one complaint is that the O-rings are a little big and heavy for a size small - seems like overkill and I wish that they could be scaled down a bit for the smaller size halters. But it doesn't seem to bother her and overall I would definitely purchase again.

One of the nicest harnesses I've ever owned
This is a really nice, quality harness that slips over my dog's head, then has two options for fastening the clip. There's one for both the right and left side, which is nice. Since I'm accustomed to using the clip/clasp on the left, that what I do, as I put one of my dog's paw through the right side first.Having two large dogs, with one now 13 years old, and the other having passed away at 12.5 yrs, I've owned many a harness. This harness appears to be really well-made, so I have peace of mind knowing this isn't going to come apart any time soon. (I'm still waiting to see how the clasps hold out, but the harness material seems to be stitched together really well.) I also like that the harness width is at least an inch, so it can remain intact for large breeds.Regarding the color, I wouldn't say it's a true red, but one that has a neon pink tone added to it. Still, it's very pretty.

Not as sturdy as the one I bought to replace
This is flimsier, and has no short hand leash, so I am not as pleased as I was with the one I bought years ago, which is now wearing out, same manufacturer, and the picture looked the same as the older one.

Great harnesses
I really like this harness. I have used others that are more difficult to put on. And by the time I got it on realized it's on backwards or upside down. But this one is super easy to put on. My pup didn't like it at first so she would fight it. This harness was easy to put on her even while she was rolling around. Now she knows harness = walks so she loves it now. She even runs from me when I go to take it off. The harness is sturdy but I have learned not to leave it on my pup after our walks. She was able to chew through one of the straps. I had to buy another one and now I take it off her right after our walk. But otherwise, these harnesses are great. I even bought two (s and m) for my brothers pup.

Sturdy, comfortable, easy to put on my Labrador
I bought two Large-size harnesses for our 64 lb Labrador, one to keep in the car and another for neighborhood walks. They have five adjustments, two for the neck area, two for the girth around the rib cage, and one for the breast bone length. It's a little tedious, but you can get a perfect fit. Once I was happy with the first one, I adjusted the second to match. They are going to stretch of course, so I'm sure I'll have to tighten them a bit later. What I like about these harnesses: 1. They are easy to put on, especially compared with the one-buckle type. 2. No padding to get wet. Labs love swimming, and it keeps them cool in hot weather, so that's important to me. (Also, padding is not nearly as strong as nylon straps, it's shot on her old harness.) 3. Sturdy, well-made, inexpensive. Cons: none for me.

Great Harness but there's no way of exchanging for a bigger size or color without pay a shipping
Really like this type of Pet Safe Sure-Fit Harness it very comfortable for our Labradoodle. But I do not like to pay for shipping to exchange it for a larger size and difference color. So I either pay that to or I have to have a too tight Harness on my dog . You shouldn't have to pay shipping to exchange it, so I won't be buying items from Amazon for my dog any more unless they change that rule. :(

You get what you pay for…
My dog is a Shetland Sheepdog with a thick mane that makes him hard to fit with a harness (think Lassie at a quarter of its size). This harness is less than thirty bucks and you are going to get what you pay for. My wife isn’t enamoured with it, mainly because the plastic clips are very difficult to undo. The nylon strapping is surprisingly thick, which makes it strong, but stiffer than it should be, especially after a few months of daily use. The sliding length adjusters work, but they aren’t flat pieces. They are slightly convex, which makes adjusting them easier, but it also makes them a bit of an irritant, especially when they land on the dog’s shoulder bones. My biggest complaint, though, is it’s limited adjustments between the front and back hoops. The bottom strip that keeps the front and back hoops connected has some adjustment using the same type of adjuster previously mentioned. The top strip is connected to the front hoop only, and it’s free end holds the receivers for the plastic clips on the back strips, and once they are connected, it creates the back hoop. A workable design, except it has no adjustment at all, with a fixed length of about 2 1/2”. It is this strip that causes the harness to not fit over the dog’s mane properly.Obviously, this review is based on one breed. If your dog doesn’t have a mane, or a super wide chest, this is probably a good buy for the money, and my issues wouldn’t be yours. There is also the reality that my wants would drive the price up…a lot.My dog knows his as his “bra”. Given there will be days when he will be wearing it continuously for 10 to 16 hours, I think most will agree; it must be comfortable.
