No Nonsense Exterior Decorators Caulk White 310ml

I needed something to fill gaps between tongue and groove in an exterior wooden door. The gaps were quite small, so a two-part wood filler would have been difficult for me to use, and I find it dries so quickly I haven't had a chance to finish the job neatly before it's gone off. Anyway, I read great reviews about this exterior caulk, and decided to give it a try.I'd thoroughly prepared the door and had stripped it back to the wood in most places. It had been well sanded and wiped down. The exterior caulk fitted into the metal 'gun' (which I'd checked beforehand was the right size). It was very easy to use and I smoothed the caulk with a slightly damp cloth, pushing it into the gaps. It left a very neat finish. I waited til it had dried and continued decorating the door.I am really pleased with the result. I used Sadolin Superdec Opaque Woodstain on the door, and wondered if there would be any reaction to the exterior caulk, but so far no issues at all and it is looking very solid with no bubbling or cracking.

I've used several different brands of caulk and silicon before but this stuff is marvellous. It's very white and the consistency when filling gaps is just right. It becomes smooth as when you run your finger or a wet cloth or tool over it and you can paint over it as soon as it's set. Doesn't smell too much either. Perfect!

Worth it's money easy to use and I'm a woman lol
